They were very quick to get started and pour the concrete but never finished the job.  They removed the back steps to my house to pour the concrete and never put them back.  The concrete truck got stuck and tore up my yard so they said they would come back and grade the damage the truck did.  There was concrete slopped all over the siding on the back of the house that was not cleaned off. The edges of the concrete are jagged and unfinished and one part of my pation has a piece of the form sticking out that they couldn't remove. 
After trying to contact the company for two months and getting excuses of sick family members and being out of town or rain excuses I had to threaten them with small claims court.  The same day they came out and put the steps on the house and graded the concrete truck damage.
The steps are tilted and will need to be cut for proper fit, none of the concrete in the yard was cleaned up, the board is still sticking out of my patio.  They are nice in the beginning with stories of family bussiness but when you confront them they are rude and use vulgar language in their emails not to mention you will never get a return phone call from the owner.  I have never been disrespected or treated as poorly as this company.  Do yourself a favor and pay double from any estimate that they give you to save yourself a headache!
