The service was excellent. He said it was too early in the season to check it, so he will be coming out again. He is very personable, it is almost like having your brother come out. He came out and said the he couldn't do anything with it right now. He came right when he said he would. Everybody around here uses him, he is very knowledgeable. I have a heat pump, so I can only talk about his knowledge on heat pumps, I assume he deals with other systems also, but I have only used him for heat pumps. My neighbor uses him, and my neighbors daughter uses him, and we all use him only for heat pumps. He didn't charge me, because he didn't get a chance to look at it. The price is really good since I don't have a bill yet.
