Description of Work: A number of small repairs like installing towel racks and closet doors, repairing a leaking sink drain, and patching drywall.

Description of Work: I have a covered porch on three sides of my house, and one of the porch posts actually came "undone" from the floor of the porch. Some of the other posts and railings had rotted and also needed to be replaced. This job is not yet finished because some of the posts needed have to be special ordered, but even before I accepted the estimate, Hap made some small corrections to the post so that it would continue to support the porch roof until he could get back to do the job. In addition to replacing the posts and rails that are damaged, Hap will also paint the posts and rails. Price includes time and materials. I called Hap because he had installed a laminate floor in the upstairs of my house several years ago, and I found his work to be neat and well done and his estimate fair.
