Haily and her staff are professional, personal, friendly poeple. They provide a top quality service at a reasonable price. They are curtious, caring and responsible when it comes to you, your pets, and your home. They make you feel comfortable, to have them there. They respect your house, and treat it as there own. I would recommend them to anyone.

Haley and her crew were great. We just moved into our new home and wanted it cleaned from top to bottom. They were even willing to pull the appliances out and clean behind them. I will have them continue to clean my house on a regular basis.

Duties and price were established on Ms. Napier's 1st visit after she looked around and I explained what I needed - not wanted, but needed. Kathy Jo came & cleaned my kitchen, powder room, family room where I sleep in a hospital bed, dusted & vacuumed entry & stairs. 4 hours & Kathy Jo did love to talk! 2nd visit, I gave her a list of some of the things she had overlooked. She then said she was not required to move and clean behind items on kitchen counters: knife block, cooking utensil jar, canisters, backsplash, nor was it part of her job to wipe around door knobs , switch plates, nor any smudges or finger marks on white woodwork. Smudges around the handle on the glass door were met with I" don't clean windows without getting paid extra." Husband and I are 72, retired, live alone and are normally clean, neat people, but I became critically ill and was hospitalized for 6 months and have been in a wheelchair for over 2 years, thus the need for help. Because my husband has had to do the cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry and chauffeuring besides his other normal duties, I thought it would be helpful for him. When I called Ms. Napier's fill-in to discuss it while she was on vacation, guess who I got? Yes, it was Kathy Jo. I called again later and spoke to Ms. Napier. She apologized, offered me a discount and said she would come out to investigate and try to find me another cleaner. Very professional! After waiting over 2 weeks for the call, visit or help I needed, none of which ever came, I gathered tools and did the cleaning myself from my wheelchair. What I can't stand up to clean just doesn't get dusted or my husband helps me. I even moved the sweater on the hook and dusted the part of the baseboard under it that had been "cleaned" around. And if I could pull myself up to stand long enough, I was almost able to reach the back of the powder room toilet to clean completely around it where it meets the floor. What a concept! Unfortunately, I'nm not yet able to climb the stairs. I know the business was new and they were very eager to gain a customer base, but it was seemingly on their own terms in spite of previous agreement. In fact, Ms. Napier was the only respondent out of 4 calls for 2 different services. It seems those who list with HOME ADVISOR are not held to any sort of standard which is a real shame for those of us needing honest, reliable and trustworthy services. From our experiences, I cannot recommend Ms. Napier's business, nor will I use Home Advisor again to search for reliable help.

Haley Napier Cleaning has been great! Haley came to clean our house the first couple of times, and it was fantastic. We have had a couple of little things come up with our regular cleaner, but Haley is incredibly responsive and takes care of it right away. She answers her phone and responds to text messages promptly; she is professional, responsible, and flexible. My husband and I would definitely recommend Haley and her company.

Haley is a great communicator! She really keeps in touch. The cleaning work was as expected. Work was unobtrusive and quiet. I hardly knew she was here! We have hired her for a bi-weekly cleaning and look forward to the next scheduled time.

All of the P's: Prompt, Proficient, Personable, Perfection. I do not use these words lightly. Thank goodness they will be returning soon.
