Green Guys Lawn & Landscaping

We hired green guys to build a retaining wall for a pool we wanted to put up last summer. The price was good and the work was done well (at first) but there were multiple problems. The first was a tree that fell and on our well cap cracking it. The tree that fell had been dead for years, but only fell after they had been pushing debris into the base of it with their bobcat. I'm positive they hit the tree by mistake causing it to fall on the well. We didn't make a big deal of it knowing mistakes happen. They also cut through our cable line, but fixed it for us. Anyway we ended not being able to get the pool up last year so we started back up this year, but decided to do a deck also and thought it would be good to cut down a few more trees before setting up the pool. Somehow while doing this they damaged the wall they built the last year. It was visible damage and we asked them to fix it. We had to pay them $500 to fix what they broke which was completely ridiculous, but we wanted to get the pool done asap. Even though we were paying them to fix their mistake they still gave is the run around. They finally scheduled a day to fix the issue. They were supposed to come on a Wednesday so my husband took off Thursday and Friday to set up the pool and my brother in law came by to make sure things were done correctly while we were at work. Shane and his guys didn't show up. Finally after getting chewed out by husband they came and fixed the problem, but it still doesn't look the same. Shane and Green guys are completely unprofessional and I would strongly urge any homeowner to look elsewhere.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate. No one showed or called.

I was very pleased with their work. I interviewed a lot of people and I chose them because they seemed like a great company and it did turn out to be a great experience.
