Description of Work: Vent cleaning and UV light install

Description of Work: The owner/operator appeared on time and did a good job on the cleaning/service. My only complaint is his sloppiness. He chipped paint off all the screws on the returns, and lost some of the original screws and replaced them with rusted old screws. He also bent some the returns by over-tightening the screws when he replaced them. If he had taken the time to use a razor around the returns before removing them he could have avoided damaging the paint/finishes around the returns. It may seen like a small thing however I now have to get someone else in to repair the damage that he did at each of my returns.

Description of Work: Ducts cleaned

Description of Work: Carlos cleaned all of the vents in my house incl. the return vent. He also changed the filter in the furnace. He took pictures of the vents to show me the before/after shot of my vents. What I appreciated about Carlos was his honesty. He didn't make out that my vents were very dirty, he showed me that they needed cleaning but not like some companies that would take advantage. When he couldn't make the first date which was beyond his control, he came immediately the next day, first thing as he promised. I would use Carlos again.
