They did an outstanding job and made recommendations for other things as well.

It was ok. I was very happy with the professionalism, punctuality and courtesy of the guy who cleaned our HVAC ducts. I was just a little disappointed that he did not show us the ducts being cleaned via the camera, even though it was included with the package. I would hire them again.

Arrived on time and performed dryer vent cleaning

Great. It was a pleasure working with Brendon (not sure of spelling) . He was professional, knowledgeable and very customer service focused. He too has a great deal of energy and enthusiasm for his work. The company is lucky to have him as a 5 year employee.

Carlo was fantastic. I was able to get the cleaning scheduled and done in around a week. He was prompt and polite. I plan on using Duct Clean 1974 again in the future.

Very happy with this experience. The tech was on time, polite and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and how long it would take. I had purchased an Angie's List deal that covered only one furnace system (we have separate furnaces for upstairs and downstairs). The Duct Clean tech was able to do both systems on the same day, despite only being booked for one, because he was so efficient. (I did, of course, pay extra for the second system and he was very upfront about how much it would be, which was quite reasonable.) Afterwards, he was able to give me an assessment of how things looked and an honest recommendation for how soon to have it done again.

The team was very professional, arrived on time and did a professional job cleaning and inspecting as requested.

The duct cleaning was very thorough. The technician was excellent and spent the required time to ensure everything was clean. The chimney cleaning was done by a different technician. It was a bit difficult to get the chimney cleaning schedule but the technician to an excellent job.

They did a very thorough job, and gave me some very good suggestions on the care of my AC system.

The scheduling was a little weird, with Carlos informing us the day before that the technician was sick, and that the appointment would have to be rescheduled. But, Brendan did show up as originally scheduled!, and came again, for the rescheduled day!! He spent close to 3 hours cleaning everything, including a dryer vent that probably had never been cleaned. We were very close to buying a new dryer, but after the cleaning, the dryer works very well. While overall job was great quality, there was dust around some vents that should have been vacuumed after the cleaning. Brendan was nice, warm and personable. I would definitely recommend them again.
