Communicated straight through Angies. Showed up on time, explained entire process, kept me updated throughout, 4 hours later left everything clean like they were never there. I shopped a few businesses and this was by far the most price competitive and the service qas excellent.

The service was fine. The technician arrived on time and finished the work promptly. My only issue was that it took three attempts to schedule — on the first try, they had trouble with their vehicle (understandable); on the second, they simply didn’t show; the third went off on time.

The vent was almost completely blocked and the job took longer then a simple cleaning. It was done thoroughly and with an explanation of everything that was being done and areas inside and outside were thoroughly cleaned before completion.

First time went well I thought until furnace humidifiers pros told me vent was not cleaned well. Called owner and in a day he was onsite and solved the issue and thru dryer vent in for free. All good just needed to review work closer.

Immediate response to request for service. I appreciate the price reduction for multiple (7) outlets. Previously, utilized the company at three locations on the same day. The owner and company representative impressed on both occasions. I intend to call Carlo (owner) for future service and hope that Brendan is available to perform the work. Brendan provided useful guidance and informative ideas for frequency and types of service (i.e., duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning). Brendan returned to assist when we asked for followup service.

Two failed attempts by this company. Did not bring materials that were clearly required based on the conversations had (they needed a ladder). Moreover, company likely falsified why the job could not be done twice, then provided extremely rude customer service by hanging up and using a angry tone with me, a paying customer! It seems this company will only do first floor vent cleaning when accessed from the exterior - which is not at all what they advertise nor agree to. Highly recommend NOT using this company.

The service tech was timely, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Basically got the job done unlike a previous contractor.

Received a call confirming when the tech was on his way, it was within the service time window they had given me. Setting up the appointment via angies list messaging was super easy, I really liked that. Tech was very nice, was done in 20 minutes, let me 8 year old watch him the whole time and explained what he was doing to him. Will hire again!

Overall everything went well. They communicated by email and the appointment was never confirmed. Then I received a call saying they were on their way. Fortunately, I had someone at the house to let them in. They said they would be there in the next 15 to 30 minutes and arrived about 2 to 3 hours later. Once they arrived they the job well. Scheduling and puntuality with them is challenging, however the work they do is great. I would still use them again with the understanding that I need to be patient with the scheduling and logistical stuff.

The guys showed up on time, cleaned the vents, installed an external vent filter. They worked quickly and were very professional.

Carlos is a stubborn individual, having a conversation with him is impossible. The agreed upon job was to clean the bird guard and install a new grill for the vent, but he refused to do the cleaning part. After 10 mins of argument, Carlos did a lousy job cleaning. Some dirt fell into our and our neighbor's yard, but he ignored cleaning that until explicitly requesting him to do so. We later realize that there is a dead bird in the cage/vent that Carlos failed to notice/remove while cleaning. We would not recommend this unprofessional contractor.

We had a great experience with this company. We purchased a deal for a fire place cleaning through Angie's list but ended up scheduling them to come back to clean our ducts and vents for a really great price. The technician was prompt and very passionate about his work. I'd use them again when the time comes!

It went well. Service person was helpful in answering questions about other concerns and giving suggestions.

Extremely personable young man named Brendan came out and walked me through the entire house and told me exactly what he was going to do. He took about two hours to clean the vents, which had never been cleaned in my 24 years in the house. He also cleaned the dryer vent, which was a big plus! Very happy with the service – the dust doesn’t accumulate in the house as quickly as it used to – and Brendan was a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a good duct cleaning from an honest, hardworking provider, look no further.
