Said he was gonna clean dryer vent but he didn't. Did not fully tape up what he pulled apart, i had to tape

I made a confirmed appointment and they did not put me on their schedule and did not show up. The appointment was two weeks out and no calls or follow up emails.

I rescheduled the visit from 11/08 to 11/16. My appointment time was confirmed “from 11-12 pm.” I found it strange that they thought the work could be completed in an hour, but didn’t think much about it. 11 came and went and I said maybe they meant “between” 11-12 pm. I waited. It’s now 4:21 pm and I have received no call/text/email, zilch. I wasted my day waiting for absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this provider unless you want your time wasted.

We hired them to clean our ducts and dryer vent. The technician took the time to educate us about our ducts, and showed us signs that previous duct cleanings had been done appropriately. He told us that because of the way our dryer vent is set up, we don't need to hire someone in the future and can clean it ourselves. He also said that because our ducts were so clean, we didn't need to clean them every year and could do every two years. We appreciated his honesty and would definitely hire this company again.

He came unprepared to clean a chimney which is 2 stories high thus he never cleaned the chimney all the way from the top down. He only cleaned the first 10 ft or less of the chimney from the bottom of a fireplace insert. Then when i told him i had birds up there in the summer he only stuck a camera about 1/2 way up and said it was ok. He never gave me a report as to the condition of the terra cotta liner. After he left i contacted the company i bought the stove and liner from. They said he should have swept the entire chimney from the top down. He should have then given me a complete report on the condition of the liner. As i found out later this was a complete ripoff

The service went fine, they get an "A", they've answered all my questions and explained everything for me. He was a bit late but it was acceptable. The reason I called them at 3:15 pm was because they were running late and I was not informed, and I was concern as to whether he will be able to come and keep the commitment of 1-3 pm, but he actually arrived at around 3: 20 - 3:25 pm for the service.

It went very well. He did a great job on cleaning out the vent. He also checked to make sure that the dryer hose was connected securely.

He came in a timely fashion, he was friendly and polite. He cleaned my dryer vent, and also explained the process and made a recommendation. I thought he did a good job.

I'm very happy with the service Brendan provided. He thoroughly cleaned all air ducts in my house and provided a great explanation of all the services. It was helpful to hear the process for cleaning the ducts, how the HVAC system performs, and the importance of cleaning the system on a regular basis. I plan to work with the company moving forward for air duct, dryer, and chimney cleaning in the future. Thank you for your service!

Everything went very well. The technician was timely, informative, professional and responsible. Although there was some sort of last minute problem (I now don't recall exactly what it was), on the original date of service, the technician called in a timely fashion and rescheduled. The service was very good and the price was excellent - we used a coupon.

We had never cleaned our dryer vent. We scheduled a cleaning. Carlo realized that a good portion of the vent was fully blocked and needed to be replaced. He went to Home Depot that same afternoon to get new duct material and completed the replacement that same afternoon. After our new dryer was installed a few days later, USDucts returned to ensure it worked properly and to do any needed additional cleaning at no extra cost. Vent is cleared and working well now.
