Description of Work: The company representative did an awesome job cleaning my dryer vent. I was amazed and frightened by the amount of lint that was removed! I always clean the trap before each load so the amount of lint was a complete surprise. The best part was that he not only cleaned my dryer vent but also made sure to clean up the deck that was covered in lint. I will be using again.

Description of Work: The service provider was very accommodating to a last minute reschedule. He also called to inform us prior to the allotted time that he would be running late. Once he arrived, the service was completed promptly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer vent after a dryer fire. The service man didn't know exactly which vent was the dryer vent so it took longer than expected but once he got started he was very thorough and cleaned up. I didn't expect the laundry room to be covered with thick dust but he cleaned up. He was a very pleasant service man.

Description of Work: They came late - jacked me up and refused to work to resolve discrepany in price. While trying to resolve service man did disappearing act. The wanted 600 plus - alternative provider did a great job for $200. Worst consumer experience i ever had. Do not recall date / over a year ago

Description of Work: I asked Duct Clean to clean my dryer vent. They said they would do an end to end cleaning. They called 30 minutes before they arrived, as requested. The dryer vent was clogged and they could not unclog it. I don't think they had the right equipment to clean the entire 30 foot pipe length. They only cleaned each end of the pipe for about 5-10 feet. I had to hire another duct cleaning company who had a 30 foot tool and eventually unclogged the vent, after spending an hour slowing cleaning it from both ends.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $199.00 for air duct cleaning including sanitizer. The service was great.

Description of Work: They were very professional. They cleaned up all lint that had been blown out of the vent. I plan to use them annually to clean my dryer vent.

Description of Work: Duct Clean 1974 cleared two long dryer ducts and provided an estimate for replacement of both ducts using better materials than the existing. I thought both the service and the estimate were better than I was expecting. The technician arrived exactly on schedule and was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Initially claimed to have completed the work (clean the dryer vent) when they hadn't. Did not respond to request to add a vent cover to prevent future problems with birds entering a second story vent. This was explained in the email as I am a landlord who needed work done on a property in another town. I acknowledged that this additional service would cost more. Disappointed in these two respects.
