Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent. Bottom floor condo so job was simple, but tenant changed date for cleaning couple times. Appreciated CArlo working with tenant to get the cleaning done. Outside vent flap was open, probably from painting the condo assoc did. Asked $35 for a plastic cover; I declined, purchased cover for $7 and installed it myself in 5 minutes

Description of Work: Supposed to be a professional chimney sweep with video. Basically used a shop type vac. which I could've done on my own. Never received a before and after video. Complained. Another person came out did the same thing. Asked about video again. He put his cell phone in the chimney and snapped some photos and wanted to offer those as the video. No thanks!

Description of Work: The service was performed quickly and professionally. We scheduled this service for a few weeks out due to the distance required to travel. Communication thru Angies List messaging was efficient. On the date of service, I did get a message that he would be arriving later than the service window, but it was not inconvenient for me that day so it worked out. I liked his service and plan to have him back next year. Thank you.
