I called on Tuesday and Diamond Movers was able to schedule three men for that Thursday. They arrived right on time, were professional and efficient; they had great, positive attitudes. They moved everything from the attic and basement, a monumental task! Then transported some boxes and furniture to a shed for storage. I highly recommend Diamond Movers; they were able to do all of it quickly and efficiently.

Great! They were able to move me within a days notice. What i loved was their professionalism. They put padding on EVERYTHING. At first the price seemed a bit high but when i saw all the detail it was right on target. Not a nick or a scratch. They moved everything in and took care with tracking in mud. Really professional

Amazing - arrived early, finished early. Took care to wrap everything without instruction, handled everything with care. No scrapes, dings, dents, scratches, bumped walls, etc. They just did a fantastic job, in very little time, at a rock-bottom price.

I needed help moving on a 72 hour notice. I called Diamond Movers and they listened to what I needed and told me they could help me on the short notice. After a GPS mishap, they arrived with a 3 man crew and got to work on loading the truck. They were quick and efficient and had the truck loaded in less than 90 minutes. I met them at our house back in Front Royal where they immediatly got to work unloading the truck. They didn't even stop to take a break. They were polite and took care of all my belongings. They even asked me in the end to take a second look through the house to make sure I didn't need anything moved before they left. They were great and I would definitely use them again!

They quoted us for 400 dollars and we scheduled the move based on that quote for 9 am later in the week. The movers arrived an hour and a half later than their scheduled appointment time. They came with three guys in a truck and had two of them moving things out of the place we were in and one in the truck. During the course of packing up the truck they would frequently take breaks resting on our furniture, joking around and goofing off. What should have taken them an hour took two. During the packing of the truck they broke a DVD holder that we had and spilled all of our DVDs all over the truck, thankfully none were damaged. After they were finished packing the truck it took them another hour to get to the new place because they stopped for lunch while on the clock. We were only moving 20 miles to the other side of town so it should have only taken them 20-30 minutes to get to the move in location. It took them one and a half to two hours to unpack the truck in the process the broke one of our book cases and dented our entertainment center without apology. They also took several 10-15 minute breaks while unpacked and at one point they decided they needed to move the truck and without even closing the back of the truck up they pulled the truck out of th drive and moved it up the road and backed back in to pretty much the same spot. After the move was over we were courteous and gave them ice cold water and because of the heat and the time we gave them 450 dollars instead of the quoted 400. My husband gave them the check which they looked at prior to leaving and didn't say anything. 25 minutes later they came back in a personal vehicle with a piece of paper and the check and wanted to charge us 575 dollars instead of the original quoted 400 dollars. Being tired from the move and exhausted I wrote the check out and whom I assumed was the business owner asked me to make it out to him personally instead of the moving company and they handed me the piece of paper calling it a 'receipt' for tax purposes that I could use and asked me to sign it...so I did. When my husband found out what they had done he called their company demanding an explanation. They told him I had signed a contract with them and that they would not refund the money that they ripped off us. So basically they had me sign a contract to move after the move was completed not before as is what a proper business would do. Do not use this company they will rip you off and you will probably end up with a few broken items when the move is over with. "A Diamond is a mover's best friend"....more like their worst nightmare.
