Description of Work: Price included purchase of 2 ceiling fans & 1 outside motion light. Bo uninstalled the old fans & light and installed the new ones, plus a lock on one of my doors. Also included 2 trips to my home: one for an estimate of work needed, the other to do the work. He also purchased all the equipment I needed, saving me going for it.

 + -1 moreCalled to request painting and minor repairs. Bo advised that for the service we needed that we should call a person more specialized and he suggested someone else. He was very polite and the gentleman he suggested we use was prompt and super friendly.

 + -1 moreBo was very consciencous and eager to please. He purchased the needed parts and was very prompt. We will certainly us him again.
Description of Work: Replaced hood over stove, repaired toilet (instead of replacing as had been suggested by another service person), some other small repairs.

 + -1 moreHe's great. Reliable, honest and does good work. And, ladies, no worries about him being in your home with you either alone or with your kids. A friend of mine has known him for years, and he's a real gentleman.
Description of Work: Replaced all locks on my doors - then checked a door at my other home and recommended it be replaced vs him fixing it. He could have appeared to fix it if he weren't as honest as he is, since I certainly wouldn't have known the difference. I still would have ended up needing a new door, so he saved me a lot of money and hassle by being so honest. Cost shown is for both calls and included the new locks. He even went and selected/purchased them for me.

Description of Work: did not use, I called and he was polite but did not do small jobs I needed, like lawn mower seasonal maintane, mowing and outdoor minor repairs. He explained he did inside repairs such as plumming, etc.

 + -1 moreThis man is a former police officer (retired after 32 yrs on the force). He's punctual, does great work and is reasonably priced. Only does small jobs. He came out to see what I needed, purchased the materials for me, and was on time each of the 2 visits. He was friendly and very helpful.
Description of Work: Fixed plate on front door lock, replaced locks on 2 doors.
