Out technician Nick was great. He arrived within an hour of my call. He was very polite and knew his business. It only took a few minutes for him to diagnose the problem. He fixed it then double and triple checked to make sure it was working properly. He took the time to explain what he was doing. Very satisfied with his work.

We needed fast service due to special circumstances but funds were limited. Aire Serv worked with us so we could afford to have them perform the necessary work in a very short time. They also helped us take steps to keep our HVAC system working well for a long time. James Sellers, our technician, was knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Professional and amiable technicians who explained each step of the cleaning and the operation of the ion filter! Left the house in a clean condition and wore protective shoe covers when in the house. Great people to work with!
