Description of Work: They are a very professional and knowledgeable group. They are working to fix the terrible job the previous firm, hired though Angie's list, did. Unfortunately it will cost a significant sum to fix. That, however, is the fault of the 1st firm.

Description of Work: i had my propane furnace and air conditioner replaced with a more energy effeciant unit. the team doing the install were polite, professional and extremely acute to being clean. i was greatly impressed with their work. however after the work was complete the owner(?)gave me all associated paperwork. . i realized after a little research the company never pulled the proper permits to do the work. permit was needed because of the propane gas lines. i was charged approx. $200 for the permit process. after having it inspected by the county and it passed i contacted the company and they promptly refunded the permit fees

Description of Work: Aire Serve took care of our system in our first house and I pleaded with them to take on our new house but we were out of their service area. They are amazing. Ryan was the absolute best. Always took time to explain everything to me in detail. We never bought extra services or parts that were unnecessary because Ryan was always honest. They recommended a new company to me who serviced my new home and that company I love as well. Amazing people, amazing company.

It turned out fairly well. Initially, I think, they undersized the job. They thought it would be quicker than it was. The most important thing is that they were always available and quick to come back to fix and repair anything.

They do an excellent job. They are very thorough. They explain exactly what it is they are doing.
Description of Work: They helped us with a problem we were having last year. We were satisfied and we put them on a maintenance contract for our furnace and heating system. They now check our filters.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. He must have spent up to 30 minutes of his time explaining everything to me. His name was Bryan Bramble. He inspected my furnace and verified that everything was in great shape. There was a minor glitch and he fixed it right away. My check for $144 is good for a year of service with them! He is probably the least expensive, and the best.
Description of Work: I had them come out and inspect my furnace. I have a warranty with them where they come out twice per year. They inspect everything, and put everything in tip top shape.

12 year old Lennox HVAC system had stopped working. Aire Serv came out the same day after a phone call. Diagnosed possible leak in system and faulty valve in inside unit and discussed possible fixes which could be an expensive repair bill plus the longer lead times to obtain Lennox parts. Aire Serv owner came out to the house and provided a reasonable estimate to replace system with the highest efficiency Bryant unit. Before entering home, put on shoe socks to avoid tracking in dirt. This firm was recommended by several close friends who are realtors. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I did not choose them to replace my system since I wanted a Carrier Infinity which Aire Serv does not carry.
Description of Work: Trouble shoot 12 year old Lennox Hybrid Heat Pump system and provided repair estimates and replacement estimate.

I have a fairly large house with multi-zone A/C and heat pump units and one was not working. I chose Aire Serv because of their Angie's list ratings,and am glad I did. My husband requested an annual service contract for peace of mind,which also reduced the service call price and provided further benefits as well. The technician was polite,timely,and conscientious. I would gladly suggest Aire Serv,and I am very particular about what I expect from a customer service related business. Top scores all around! * Also used 5% off Angie's list coupon-Bonus!
Description of Work: Technician checked out the components of the system in the mechanical room and outdoors. He checked pressure for leaks,system was lacking coolant.(Correct term?) System was recharged,is working fine. Tech tidied up sloppy work left by installer as well. Reviewed exchange locations,filter conditions. Purchased service contract.

Worst Words you want to hear! BUT I've been using this company for about 10 years (formerly LCI) and the owner is so very nice and accommodating. Even after a long hot day - they will make sure you get serviced ....... and make sure it is done right! VERY PROFESSIONAL and they go above and beyond the call of duty! I believe reviews from actual customers is the best way to find a service company ..... and I would rather not leave one - than lead you astray! Stop looking ...... Service personnel arrived promptly at 8am (first call of day), performed service, explained what they did and thanked me for my business. Third visit from this company. I have signed up for their twice a year maintenance plan and am happy with the results.
