I wanted to know about my heater and a c in the house I just bought . found out had a few little problems under 500.00 great help

This is a very professional business with outstanding employees. Every question I had was completely and honestly answered, and the price was made clear at the onset. They promise that if they discover that anything more is needed for your project after the price quote is given, they will provide it at no extra cost. It turned out that I had no basement drain for the condensate the unit would produce, so they installed a pump to carry it outside at no extra cost. And because the basement had no drain, a stainless steel unit tray was provided to protect the equipment against any water on the basement floor. They provide a "no lemon" guarantee, which states that if the unit's compressor or heat exchanger fails within one year, they will replace them. While I haven't had the chance to test that guarantee, their following through on their other commitments makes me confident that they will do so. The employees of this business are very courteous and professional; they are the sort of people that you will have no qualms about letting into your home. It is clear that they don't just hire anybody, and that's important when you are having people enter your home. I would recommend this company to anyone needing the services it provides.

This was by far the most professional and friendly service experience I have every had. I had an appointment with a comfort consultant within 48 hours of calling. Ken arrived on time and walked me through the process, yet respected that I had done my own research on HVAC systems. He gave me a couple of options and didn't haggle with me to spend more than I was comfortable spending. Then the install was scheduled for the same week. Andy and Neil showed up exactly on time and their team began to work immediately. It was obvious they all knew their roles and responsibilities and functioned together like a well oiled machine! After only 4 hours, my old split system was out and the new split system was in and functioning. They showed me how to program my new thermostat and answered all of my questions. It was an added bonus that they all had great personalities and seem to enjoy their work. The12 yr warrantee on the parts AND labor is just icing on the cake! Highly recommend!

We called on a Sunday night and received a response within 10 minutes. Chad came out within 2 hours and was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with our heat pump and had it fixed within an hour. Turns out what another company had told us was a faulty compressor and had recommended a whole new system just needed to have some wires moved to the proper locations. Saved us thousands of dollars! They were very honest and I would absolutely use them again.

Thinking I was 'toast' since my A/C decided to quit on the Labor Day weekend, I waited until 2:30PM on 9/01/14 to call and hopefully be able to leave a message to schedule service on 9/02/14 or later. Much to my surprise, received a call back from Chad B. of Aire Serv. around 3 PM. He explained the costs involved for the service call and said it didn't cost more being a holiday and would I like him to come today (9/01/14). I mean it's 85 degrees inside so why should I wait. Chad arrived just after 4:00 PM, found the problem, fixed it and was out of here before 5:00 PM. Now I'm kicking myself for waiting until the afternoon.

Went great. He did the inspection and maintenance, checked the health of the system overall. He let me know of possible problems down the road, things to look out for, and gave me a price for some fixes that will need to be done at some time.

Chuck arrived and was extremely polite and professional. He listened to our comments and inspected both of our heat pmps. one was found to be leaking refrigerant which was recharged. Chuck explained all of the items he noted during the inspection, outlined the repairs he could performed and the costs for each. He also provided several alternatives at varying costs. He also explained that we could receive a discount be getting a service contract. There was no sales pressure at any time. Chuck spent several hours at our home inspecting and servicing our units.

They were excellent. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and well priced for the services they provided. I don't think I have ever had a guy who seemed to be as knowledgeable. He really explained everything. He explained all my alternatives and talked about pros and cons of different choices I could make. Right then I just didn't have the money for a new heat pump so he managed to get this old one to keep me going for a while until I am able to afford a new one.

checked both units and all was working fine. cleaned the vents with water hose on the outside units. checked all electrical readings and all is working A-OK!!

It worked out pretty good. The cost included the installation and the air conditioner.

They did a good job. They are very knowledgeable. They did a fine job. The only thing would be scheduling service. They could do a better job on following up on that. The quality was good. They are very responsive. They were there on time when they said they would be.

Tyler and Chris arrived on time and were very professional. They got started right away. It all went very smoothly. All the work was done in 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old equipment with them. They tested the AC and heat and all was working well. So far we have only used the heat, but it works get! It's alot quieter than our old system. We are very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Aire Serv!

They service my heat and cooling system. This latest service wa one of the semi-annual automatic service calls. There were no problems.

This company's work ethic is impeccable . When there were a few kinks to work out in the new system, their response was immediate and thorough until the system worked to their high standards. When the warrantee expired I immediately signed up for their maintenance contact. Their response time to calls is either same day or, at the latest, the next day. However, I have rarely had to call them for repairs. I selected Aireserv because I had read the reviews on Angie's List and the reviews have been well supported by my own personal experience with the company.

I originally contacted Aire Serve of Bull Run in reference to checking out a non-working whole house humidifier as well as an electronic air filter on an older Lennox HVAC system. The person I made the appointment with stated there would be a $95.00 service charge and a $110.00 diagnostic charge, but she would wave the $110.00 fee as they were just coming out to look at the two items. Two employess, Alex & Shane came to our home and looked over the items and basically confirmed what I expected that neither item was worth repairing. Both of them were very friendly and professional. Upon inquiring about installing a new whole house humidifier, Alex gave me a quote on the new system and offered their service plan as well which would take 15 % off the cost of the system. With the purchase of the service plan and the humidifier, both were purchased for the the price of the humidifier alone. Alex then waived the $95.00 service charge as I agreed to have the new system installed. I thought this was actually good business as I felt they were trying to earn my business and not just collecting $ for a service call. I scheduled the install of the humidifier for 2/26 and was given a time window of 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Shortly after 10, another Aire Serve employee, Chad, arrived for the install. Chad was very professional and explained exactly what he would be doing during the next 2 to 3 hours. He was very conscious of looks of the install and tried to minimize the wiring and water line even though the furnace is in an unfininshed basement. Chad kept me informed as to his progress and time line for completion and cleaned up completely after he finished. Everything went smoothly and the humidifier has been working great. I was very pleased with the professionalism I received from Aire Serve on both occasions.

Tyler was concerned that the duct work would not work at full speed. He took his concern to the owners and they agreed that this needs to be corrected. Tyler came out and looked around on what to do. He asked if we have any empty closet space that a air return can be added to get proper air circulation. The only spot that we knew was empty space between a couple of closets. We found the space in the attic by accident. Tyler went up in the attic to look he did some measurements crawled in the crawl space and found the area. They came in and did the work yesterday afternoon. They put the return in the ceiling. We are very impressed with them. I would highly recommend Air Serv to everyone.

The technician came out promptly and was able to determine the problem and get a part ordered quickly and the a/c back on! My husband and I were so relieved to have the air back on so quickly, we had anticipated being without a/c for a long time. Aire Serv had us fixed back up the very next day!!

They diagnosed the problem, clean the furnace, ordered the parts promptly return and have it working like brand new.
