Description of Work: The service provider put protective covering on his shoes before he started. He answered all my questions in a friendly informative manner. Even though it wasn't within the scope of the prescribed visit, he pointed out that the outside dryer vent was full of lint, and he cleaned it out. He was very personable. At the end of the service, he went over the other services/extras his company offered, but there was absolutely no pressure. He also installed an extra item that hadn't been on the original schedule, and answered all questions about that item. He did his work promptly, but never seemed rushed. The only hiccup was that the company said the technician would be Chuck, and sent an email with his photo. However, the technician was Chad, and obviously not the person in the photo.

Description of Work: Replaced attic fan and capacitor and checked out the unit to make sure there were no other problems. We were very pleased with the work preformed by Chuck the tech he was very polite gave an estimate before working on the unit.

Description of Work: I suppose each technician has their skill level but the one assigned never looked at the heat pump unit in the attic. The next company did and found gallons of water ready to come through roof. The fix the Aire Serv technician proposed would have never worked. This all happened just a few months after another Aire Serve technician did an annual inspection and said everything was fine...it wasn't. I am not sure of the date of the two reviews just that it was last summer.

Description of Work: Replaced Heat Pump, Air Handler and complete duct system. Old system was 36 years old. Job was completed in a timely manner and the employees were polite and efficient. They cleaned up and were very helpful with any any questions. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: replaced propane furnace and connecting duct work. work was excellent. workers were professional, polite and very clean and orderly. salesman/owner was knowledgeable and professional, very friendly. how ever when checking with the county office( where my wife works), we found he did not pull the permits. he had charged us $250 to get all the needed permits. we found this out after the work was done. notified company and owner said he had forgot. he refunded us the $250. had county inspector come out and verify work. he said it was an excellent install job. | all is good now. i would still recommend this company to people. mistakes happen.

Description of Work: Installed whole house dehumidifier and control dampers.

Description of Work: Heat pump wasnt working. They found the problem quickly, which was caused by a stink bug between a set of contacts. No other work was performed so not much to rate them on. No additional charge beyond the $95 diagnostic fee. Arrival was an hour outside of stated arrival. Would use again.

Description of Work: Josh came out to replace a circuit board for my AC Unit. Additionally, my bottom stairs unit was not blowing cold air. They said they would be here between 8am-10am and Josh was here at 8:05. After spending about 45 minutes trying to figure out the problem with the cold air, Josh determined that the only problem was that the breaker was turned off. Seems my wife forgot to turn it back on a week or so ago. Josh didn't charge me for the time spent on the breaker. Josh or Ryan have been out several times over the past several months, mainly dealing with routine maintenance issues. The service and professionalism shown by Ryan, Josh and the company is outstanding. I highly recommend Aire Serv for any AC needs.
