Terri is hard to get hold of. We had waited the 6 weeks for the order to be filled and hadn't heard from her...once we did, we found out that the company that made the blinds for our morning room, no longer offered the color we wanted....but we only found that out because we called TERRI!. Then we discovered a blind that wouldn't go up properly, so she ordered a whole new blind. The worst was when the wood shutters in the office bowed and we texted her the problem. She said she'd stop by next week...NEVER HAPPENED. Then she never responded again to any calls or texts. You get what you pay for-spend the extra buck and go to Next day blinds or even BUDGET blinds!!! At least they back up their product-I know that for certain-I've used them both in the past!

This company changed their tune the second a deposit was placed. They were unresponsive to calls, completely failed to respond to voicemails, failed to appear to scheduled appointments without any notice or apology and never even completed the job. The owner, Terry Fitzgerald, will tell you every excuse in the book for her repeated errors and repeatedly failing to service you -- completely wasting your time and never resolving any issues. She proceeded to tell me that everything is in shambles in her life and that she is under a lot of stress, and while admitting that it has negatively and detrimentally impacted us, she still refused to resolve the problems in a satisfactory manner. Clearly, she does not have the ability or resources to get any job done well, let alone even just completing, at bare minimum, the work she promised to do. The "professional" installer she refers to is her very young son who does not appear to know what he is doing. In fact, he visibly tore the paint off two doors, leaving us in a worst off position then when they started the installation. Broken and/or missing parts, missing items that were claimed to be ordered but never delivered, a repeated failure to show up on time and a monumental inability to complete the job -- they never even finished the installation. It has been months for what was supposed to be a promised "one day" installation. This business is disastrous and should not even be operating.

Over all the buying was easy. The installation she did herself and they look great. She was very friendly and helpful when we were shopping through her catalog and spending money (she came to our home). However, we had a string break on a set of blinds and I have spent a MONTH trying to contact her. I have called countless times and left numerous messages and sent emails. She has even talked to me twice, saying that she was "busy right now and would call me back" and NEVER has. It is frustrating because she seemed so nice and I love the blinds, BUT WHAT GOOD IS A PRODUCT IF IT DOES NOT HOLD UP and there is NO ONE WHO WANTS TO HELP WHEN SOMETHING DOES BREAK? I spent over $3000.00 for a product that was "guaranteed". There are NO other phone numbers to call, just numbers for Terri. (You can not get a hold of the company or anyone else for help). I would NOT buy from her again and feel cheated and disappointed. Returning a phone call or an email is not difficult, and standing behind a guarantee is why we as consumers often choose the companies we do. We as consumers can find and deserve to work with better people.

Our neighbors recommended Window Pros so we called them along with 2 other Window Treatment companies. Window Pros price was right in the middle but my wife and I both felt most comfortable with Terri. She was not rushed or pushy and explained the features and benefits of all the products she showed us. We ended up choosing shutters and some draperies and LOVE the way everything turned out. Very good company to work with.
