Description of Work: I needed a property survey of my lot, just the corners. My correspondence was all via email, and they were exceptionally polite, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I was VERY pleased with the service and would use them again in a heartbeat and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

Mr. Thurber used our plat to determine the correct location for the missing markers, put them in the ground, and completed the survey of our property. He was thorough, most professional, and extremely helpful.

Description of Work: Jim was excellent. He placed multiple property markers at my request to mark a straight path for a fence line. Accuracy was placed ahead of speed. Jim worked diligently to provide the most accurate markings of my property. We had to go scouting 200 feet down the road to get a neighbors marker located as a reference point. I never would have found it and the neighbor had no idea where it was but Jim found it easy. You want competent then call Jim. Clearly he has plenty of experience.

Description of Work: I had hired another company to perform the same work that I had Mr. Thurber do, but they were unable to complete the job on time. I found myself in a bind and gave Mr. Thurber a call to do a Plat for my property the very next day. I was elated when he agreed. His price was lower then the other company and he completed the work faster then what I would have expected. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Description of Work: Surveyed my residential lot, provided a plat showing boundaries and location of house, driveway, etc. Placed stakes at corners. Went very well--he brought all the equipment he needed, did the work, walked me around the marked boundaries, and sent the final results by email within 2 days. He arrived several hours late due to traffic on I-95, and he didn't call (I called him). But overall, an A experience.

Description of Work: This is the second time that I have used Mr. Thurber for a survey. I felt that he did such a good job the first time that when I moved recently I hired him to do the survey for the home I had purchased and he charged me almost half of what the bank was going to charge to have it done. On my prior survey he went the extra mile and researched my property before arriving as there was a dispute over the property line. I found him to be very nice and very professional. I would definately hire him again.
