He was very thorough, explaining and showing us exactly what he found that needed fixing or replacement. Since we were buy from out of state, he was willing to inspect any and all improvements made and even dropped by to complete one that had been overlooked. We have the utmost confidence in his work and him as a person.

We wanted a home inspection for maintenance purposes since we’ve been in our house for 5 years. Daniel was on time, very professional, provided easy to understand information on areas of the home that need minor fixes and did a great job helping us with the systems, areas, etc what purpose they serve, how to best maintain them, what to keep an eye on, etc. As a business owner my self, I can honestly say finding someone like him that is kind, reasonably priced, informative, and conducts himself in such a professional manner is a rarity. The inspection went very well and was performed very thoroughly. The provider was on time, was very professional and explained what was happening every step of the way. He provided details of his results and even explained some extra things that we might want to be aware of as we went forward with purchasing the home. Daniel performed radon testing and did a home inspection for a home we are purchasing. He was easy to contact and always quickly responded to our emails. He was very thorough with the inspection, encouraged us to ask questions, and explained everything he was doing. The day after the inspection, we received a detailed report (with pictures) that listed the discrepancies and suggested repairs. We received the radon test results 2 days later. Daniel was very professional and was great to work with. We highly recommend him for home inspections and would gladly use his services again.

Very professional. Comprised and made available via email a very detailed report of all findings, including a physical inspection of the roof. While on the premises, the inspector explained what he would be looking for, and invited me to follow him around and ask questions.
