Started with a call that they would be arriving in 20 minutes. Met at the door and greeted in a professional manner. John did an inspection of the stackable unit and dryer vent. He explained the process and got to work. He worked diligently and explained and answered all of my questions. Cleaned up the work area very well and tested the system. Put everything back into place and made recommendations for ongoing service and maintenance. I will use again and certainly recommend.

Everything went very well, no complaints. He was on time, thorough, polite, and gave us a military discount. We will probably call The Dryer Vent Guys again if we need any services in the future.

This was the 1st time I used them. That service turned out great. They did a couple extra things as well. One area up on the roof, where he was cleaning the roof, I had some branches that were hanging over my chimney, so he was able to trim those back for me. I wished I could give them an A+. They did give me a lower price than what was quoted over the phone since we had so little to be done.

All categories are A+ Technician was punctual, thorough, and professional. The overall quality was superb. Technician was respectful, neat, and explained everything at each step along the way. Already there is a discernible difference with the air flow through the vent system. Upon arrival, the technician explained what he would do, and immediately set up to begin the process. He ensured we are okay with his arrangement, including using the power, and moving from inside the house to the location of the outside vent. He measured the air flow of the system prior to beginning work and measure again after completion. Amazing results. He carefully moved the dryer, even having to move a couple of things we have already moved out of the way. And he asked first. Even though our set-up was a little awkard, he gently worked his way behind the machine and began his work. He congratulated us on having a safe metal tube between the washer and the wall and the 90 degree junction box, and let us know it was what he would have recommended had it been a plastic tube, or the more flimsy other type. Upon completion he professionally prepared the paperwork, told us what we could expect, and said he would place us on his list of annual cleanings/inspections. Wonderful experience.
