Description of Work: Butch installed a water-powered sump pump backup system in our basement. He also upgraded the pressure-tank (or water it's called) on the top of the water heater. The existing tank was not up to code, as it was too small for our large hot water heater. Butch is very knowledgeable and honest, and his prices are fair. He does not advertise much, which keeps his costs down. He relies mostly on word-of-mouth advertising, so he cares about his customers as they help create new/repeat business. | |Butch also replaced a well pump for us at our old house (in 2012), and installed a sediment filter a few years before that. He will always be the first plumber that I call or recommend.

+ -1 moreI had a plumbing back-up in my home. I called TNT to see if they could come to my house to make an assessment of the situation. They agreed and were very flexible with their scheduling. The situation was resolved by the county, but TNT followed up to ensure my situation had been resolved. Claire and Butch were both very responsive and professional.
Description of Work: TNT was very responsive and agreed to an after hours/weekend service call due to the nature of the issue in my home. The county determined the issue was their responsibility, but TNT followed up to ensure my issue had been resolved. I would definitely use them in the future, if needed.

+ 0 moreThe guy was really really good and very professional. He even noticed some issues aside from what he was hired to do as far as do all the plumbing installation for the bathroom and the kitchen. He was looking at the sump pump on the basement and noticed that it really wasn't set up properly by the builder. I am really glad that he straightened all that out. I think he was very fair, and this guy has been in this business for years.
Description of Work: T-N-T Plumbing did all the plumbing work for the bathroom and for the kitchen in the basement.
