Poorly!!
Description of Work: I left a message on voicemail one week ago and to date have still not had a response. Would not do business with this provider now as this does not bode well for the type of service provided.

I reviewed the previous review with the thought that the weather was a real issue. I made one call to the company and they never returned my call; we decided to drive a little further and take the furniture to someone that did previous work for us that did a very good job. This company never returned my call and it has been about 2-3 weeks since I left the message. I did not call again because I am very busy and feel I should not have to call a company more then once for a professional response.
Description of Work: No services were performed as they did not return my call for service.

Called and scheduled appointment. It snowed the night before and the next day when he was supposed to show up, he didn't, so I called and was told the roads were too bad that he would not be coming that day. I told him we would reschedule. I have called him several times and left at least two messages....no return call. I got someone else who was more interested in customer service that Stephan Saunders.
Description of Work: He did not provide any services as he did not show up on our schedule day and time and when I tried to reschedule he did not return my calls.
