They did a good job. It was a little bit expensive but it worked out.

We have had the exact service provided in the past from a different office ( same company) those guys did a thorough job. This is the reason we chose the same company, we expected the method and equipment were tried and would be quite suitable. There was no misunderstanding of service to be provided, Home owner was not at home during "cleaning" Person not familiar with service was at home during service as owners representative. When owner returned, immediately noticed some furniture had not been moved. could easily see the marks from where cleaning tools travelled around edges of furniture. two pieces did not have plastic spacers underneath. Carpet was extremely wet, extraction was not done properly with care or equipment was not in proper working order. Immediatly notified office of problems, they did say they would send them back out. Did not think that would be helpful as they did such a lousy job. Nothing could be undone at that point.

they are very professional and did an excellent job. We didn't think the black spots along the wall in our basement could be cleaned but they made the carpet look like new!

Excellent for occasional deep cleaning job. Would definitely use this company again. Two workers came...one did not do much except type up the bill. Maybe he was just observing. The other, Lazaro Moreira, was very energetic and thorough. I would request his services again.

The two gentlemen arrived promptly, examined the duct system and explained the process before beginning. They were courtiest and friendly. They wore covers over their shoes to protect carpet/floors and preformed their job in the estimated 4-5hours. Our problem with a smell in the vents was actually not smelling the day they arrived but has not returned after the cleaning...and we hope it will not. We feel the air is fresher coming from the vents. From our original call we were told that they would use a camera to show the before and after but we were a little disappointed that these technicians did not use this camera. This was our second experience with Stanley Steemer and will call on them again.

They were very professional. They are pricey.

They're a little more expensive than the bargain companies, but nobody gets carpets as clean as these guys. My carpet looks better than new when they're done. They're in and out. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They move all your furniture except for small, breakable items.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. IT WASN'T AN EMERGENCY, BUT THEY CAME RIGHT WHEN I WANTED. THEY STAYED EXACTLY WITHIN THE ESTIMATE, AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THEY GAVE ME.

This work was performed prior to the sale of our last home. No complaints about the service, one slight problem and they immediately sent someone back to fix it.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF GETTING OUT STAINS THAT I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER COME OUT. MY CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW. I JUST LOVE THE JOB THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I WOULD SAY THE COMPANY IS ALRIGHT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY TERRIBLE. THE CARPET WAS UP TO MY STANDARDS, BUT HOW THE PEOPLE TREATED ME WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

THEY DO FINE WORK, BUT DON'T DO THE EXTRA STUFF AS THAT DOUBLED THE PRICE. THE SERVICE PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND LISTENED TO ME.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY DID IT ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND I WAS GOING TO CALL THEM TO COME BACK AND DO THE JOB SINCE THEY DID SO GOOD LAST TIME. THEY WERE REAL NICE PEOPLE AND REAL POLITE.
