Description of Work: annual spring checkup- unit not cooling properly. Have used Stafford heating and air since buying home about ten years ago. One thing I like about them is their personnel are full time permanent employees, whom we have gottten to know and who are familiar with our system. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. If they say they will be here at a certain time they show up- or they call letting me know when to expect them ( it's very unusual for them not to be on time). The service techs are willing to explain any recommendations and have also given tips on how to make system perform better. This is a good company that gives you your monies worth in expertise, courtesy, and reliability. I highly recommend them and will continue using them for our heating and a/c needs.
