We live on a hill, with a set of steps to navigate the front yard, that end in a landing at the bottom. They were destroyed in an accident. Steve and his crew at SS Creative were the contractor I selected to repair the work. They did an excellent job matching the new construction to the old construction. Although I didn't expect it, they finished the job on Christmas Eve! I intend to call them for future projects. Excellent craftsmanship!

Everything done as requested with professionally and efficiently. Extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Came out for estimate but NEVER provided the estimate or proposed design

Project went very well. Steve was incredibly responsive to messages and e-mails. Since the work was being done at a rental property coordination of site visits are always a little harder then normal but Steve handled it very well and was professional all of the time. Steve showed up when he said he would (for both the estimate visit and ultimately when he did the repair work to the kitchen cabinets and installed the new ventilation hood). I would definitely use him and his firm again for projects in the house.

He never showed or called to say why. We sat here and waited!

The kitchen updates went exceptionally well. The new cabinet doors, hardware, crown molding, and marble back splash were installed flawlessly and look amazing. Steve and his team are highly skilled craftsmen with the depth of experience to handle any kitchen remodel including addressing any unanticipated problems that may arise and developing workable solutions and options.

This is the third time I've used this contractor and will continue to do so.

Several rainy days interrupted the install, but when it wasn't raining he was here. Very professional work. Very knowledgeable. Had good assistance (great work ethic). Definitely would use for additional projects. I have had many compliments on the porch since the work was finished.

Steve is a great guy with a terrific personality. His work is mastercraft and he knew his stuff. I am a hobby woodworker and fine pen-maker and I know good woodsmanship/craftsmanship, and Steve has it. Beautiful work; flawless corners'/seams; strong construction; clever tricks to hide seams Little pricey but quality worth it. Did not quite match existing wood (shade of stain slightly different) but close enough to not matter. Bar work was exceptional. Strong and well done. Delivered final products a couple of weeks behind schedule but we did require that we be present during all work so delay possibly our fault too.

It went very well. I like their responsiveness, their price is reasonable, and their quality of service.

My windows were old, hard to open and close and I also felt drafts so I wanted to replace them with up-to-date windows. I also decided to replace the sliding patio door as well. I didn't know much about new windows as far as style, brands, and costs. Steve did show me some examples. He gave me a quote and he selected the window brand. They look good and seem to be doing the job so I can't complain. I'm a happy customer.

Steve did a great job! He arrived on schedule and was very accommodating with the changes we came upon as the work progressed. He is up to date on latest design and materials. He employs skilled assistants and the finished work is impeccable.I had no concerns leaving my house unattended while they were here. They all are honest and trustworthy. It took about 3 weeks and was less painful than I anticipated. Every night when they left the area was cleaned. I now have a river stone shower that I love.When the job was finished I found the door didn't close properly and Steve was back the next day to fix it.s I highly recommend Steve and plan to use him again on my master bath.

It went very well. Mr. Snyder responded to my call very promptly. Personally came to look at the areas needing repairs, and provided a reasonable quote.

Went great as usual. Steve and Joey are my primary contacts for any type of remodeling work I need done. In this case, they made some improvements to my detached garage. The overall plan was changed several times prior to commencement of work, but that did not appear to cause them any difficulty. Work was performed accordingly, and in their typical detail-oriented manner. One unforeseen issue occurred with regard to installing the new soffit, but Steve was able to quickly provide a reasonable solution with very little additional cost.

There was a slight delay because of fabrication problems but once that was resolved, the work proceeded quickly and was excellent.

Steve showed up on time with his partner, ready to work with a truck and trailer full of professional-grade tools (DeWalt, etc). He performed the work over several days to a high degree of workmanship. All joints in the trim were cut very precisely and look great. All doors were installed such that they open and closely perfectly and with uniform reveal. Window trim was installed with uniform reveal and tight miter joints even when the window and wall were far from perfect. I cannot say enough about the level of his carpentry. They have a great eye for detail, even correcting some of the trim on the interior doors as they came in the packaging from Home Depot. Steve performed all of this work independently and without my supervision. At the end of each day, I would check on his progress, and was always very satisfied with the results.
