Spring-Green Lawn Care

This is an ongoing service and they are always prompt and thorough.

Spring-Green provided lawn care service for my yard for about 6 months and I paid approximately $1000 after the irrigation and reseeding treatments. I was told when I signed up that if I was not happy with my yard after the treatments I could get my money back. I didn't believe the lady when she told me that, but I thought I would give it a shot anyways, hoping that at the very worst my yard would look the same. Unfortunately my yard got worse and now my back yard is nothing but mud and weeds. Not only will I never recommend Spring-Green to my friends and neighbors but I have been going out of my way to tell everyone I meet about the service that was provided. I talked with one of the mangers there and he was quick to point out that I have a dog who likes to dig, and that was the reason why my back yard is nothing but mud and weeds now. I thought that was interesting since I have had my dog for 7 years and I highly doubt it just started digging once Spring-Green started their treatments. I was also told by the manger that he was going to contact the owner and let them now about my situation since I was unhappy with my service. It has been 6 weeks since I last spoke with the manger and I have not received a penny of my money back for turning my backyard into a mud pit or heard from the owners that care deeply about customer satisfaction.
