They are great. Normally they would not do a cleaning on a weekend, but they came in to do it for me. They were able to just squeeze me in just for a couple of hours on a weekend. That was awesome.

Melissa came out to the house and gave us an estimate. For a 2000 sq.ft. house (two bedrooms of which are storage and not to be cleaned), the first cleaning was $275 and a bi-weekly cleaning after that was $150. This (especially the first cleaning) was very high comparably, but I just needed someone to help us out - so I hired her on that day (Tuesday) and wrote her a check for the whole $275 for the first cleaning. By Friday, I hadn't heard from her to schedule a first cleaning and my husband said this was unacceptable especially since we'd already paid for it. I called her at 4:30pm on Friday (at the end of the workday per her given hours) and left a message telling her that we'd decided to go with someone else and would she please rip up my check. Around 8:00pm that night, she called and left a message asking to schedule our first cleaning. The next day, she called during the day and said she'd gotten my message and that we would have to put a stop payment on the check if we wanted our money back as she had already deposited it. To avoid further frustration, I just paid the $25 fee for the stop payment and let it go. So the take-home here would be: *It cost me $25 and several hours of my life to get nothing in return other than frustration. *Melissa deposited a check for a cleaning without even scheduling an appointment for a first cleaning - bad business practice. *Rather than own her part, Melissa put it on me to get my own money back rather than offer to send a check or pay the fee for stop payment (remember that she deposited my check without even scheduling a cleaning).

Melissa and team are wonderful cleaners. They take their time to really ensure everything not only spotless, but to go the extra mile on the little things like folding the Kleenex and toilet paper just like a high end hotel. They even clean out things like the inside if the the tooth brush holder. Given the level of attention to details and that they usually bring 3 cleaners (including Melissa) we find them very affordable as well. Occasionally they can be a little bit hard to hear back from when we have had to confirm a cancellation of a cleaning due to schedule conflicts but that is very rare. When we did the initial reference checks the feedback from their customers was glowing. I can not say enough good things about how detailed they are in their cleaning. I travel a lot for my job and just love coming home on those weeks when they have cleaned. We find them very trust worthyand would recommend them to others.
