Went very well - they measured accurately and installed a very solid fitting custom glass frameless shower that looks great; they took their time and it turned out well. Would definitely hire again - price was fair and they offered a senior discount as well - other bids were higher. NOTE: responsiveness seems to be their only weakness - it takes time to hear back from them and a request for a 2nd bid to replace our upstairs shower glass with a similar frameless system has gone unanswered after more than four weeks and multiple requests.

I am pleased with the quality of the sliding glass shower doors we purchased. However, the initial installation was not satisfactory (but has since been corrected). The doors did not hang vertically and their vertical edges were very noticeably out of alignment. The installers said that that was due to the sides of the shower not being exactly parallel. That’s true of course; ask any finish carpenter, cabinet installer or remodeler. Plumb, straight walls and square corners are the exception, not the rule. The object is to adjust and compensate for this to achieve the best fit, appearance and function. (By the way, the original sliding doors that I replaced did not have this misalignment problem.) Shower Doors and More did come back and re-do the installation with a new door cut to minimize the alignment problems and some further adjustments, but ideally this problem should have been caught and fixed before the initial installation.

Very nice people to work with. Took a little longer to get the door than originally planned because the glass took longer to be shipped to them than expected but the beauty of the door and the price made it worth the wait.

The company was very nice and professional. They did an outstanding job and called back after installing to ask if we had any concerns. They came in and removed the old shower enclosure and hauled it away, and installed a new glass enclosed shower which looked much better. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I certainly would use them again and feel they are not only a good value but are a locally owned company that cares about their customer service--- you don't always get that in a contractor.. Overall, I give them an A+

He was very personable. They sent me an estimate over email for me to ok. He installed the door and came back to tighten some screws. They were very neat, and did a good job. He also has a 3 year guarantee.
