Description of Work: Replace the screen connectors on the pc board in a 4th generation iPad.

Description of Work: They first looked at the 2 phones I needed fixed and confirmed that the repairs were easy and have done many before the first phone galaxy s4 just needed the screen glued on and was in perfect working order and when returned the screen was blacking out when received a call before I left the repair shop the other phone was a galaxy note2 had been dropped 95 the face and cracked the screen just needed replaced and again insured normal routine repair during the repair the tech brought the phone to us and showed us the ribbon to that connects to screen was tore and the phone still worked fine when we took it in and after he brought it to us to show the tear and I saw scratches around the phone were the glass was removed and caused the tear in ribbon but he says he can still fix and would be fine.so off he went during the time I got there I told the I wanted to wait cause the phones are for the business and need ASAP the text suggest that I pay for the next in line fee and he would start right away and we agreed to $15 per phone to have fixed ASAP AND it would take 2 hours to do so we sit and observe normal business for this place customers in and out,a guys come in and his iPhone glass needed replaced so they sell the next in line. Service to him also so at this time it was about 12 pm and they told him it would be 3 o'clock for him to pick up the phone I got there around 11 am so 3 o'clock comes and guy returned to pick his up and they tell him that they didn't say 3 they said 7. I was really shocked and listening the the guy get up set and them saying they didn't tell him that so I stood up and said yes you bout told him that and in shock looked at me crazy so still there at 6:30 I got 2 phones returned to me in worst shape than before the note 2 wouldn't function at all and the s4 blacked out so I refused to pay for the note2 and ended up in an argument with the tech so I had to catch sprint before they closed and purchase 2 new phones with out up grades for just under $1000.00 so next day I returned for my SD card with was removed and not reinstalled and the owner was walking out I said excuse me are you the owner I would like to explain my problem and he looked at his watch and shuffled around and said I don't have time I have to get my kids and off we go so then began warning our friends thru social media,tthe Band angles list to beware of this place thanks JJ
