Description of Work: Called for a routine inspection of heater and to replace thermostat. Technician came as scheduled and checked out furnace, replaced humidifier pad and solenoid. The humidifier had not been functioning and we are now able to use it again. There was a problem with excess water dripping from the humidifier but I dialed back the control knob a bit and the drip went away. |I signed up for an annual contract and will get a spring checkup of the AC as part of the cost. The contract also reduced a bit on the cost of fixing up the humidifier.

Description of Work: They installed a downstairs Trane heat pump and case coil, connected to an oil furnace. Their onsite duct and plumbing work were the best I have seen in the 28'years I have lived in this house. Their meticulous attention to detail, like cleaning out the existing line set, was unsurpassed by any of our prior experiences. Their willingness to follow up and correct a minor issue displayed an extraordinary level of customer service.

Description of Work: I have been using Robert B Payne for years. A couple of years ago they installed a new gas furnace and an air conditioning unit. They did an excellent job putting the units in plus correcting improper duct work. I have a service contract with them for twice a year and they do an excellent job checking the system.
