Description of Work: They were called for inspection and general maintenance of the furnace. It is long past its expected longevity, but they said that they believed it would last at least another winter and didn't need to be replaced yet. I appreciated their honesty and will use them when it is time to replace it. So far, so good!

Description of Work: Sales person was able to give a quote same day. Quick and complete with detailed explanation. Offered a more thorough installation than others that bid. offers an experience based on installation and support and not focused on the initial sale. Not the lowest bid, but they were able to install promptly. The installers were professional, did a nice job neatly running all lines and sealing exterior gaps. took everything with them and left instructions with a family member after coaching on using the new system.

Description of Work: Robert B. Payne replaced my upstairs Air Conditioner and attic air handling system. I had 2 other Heating & Cooling companies provide estimates and Robert B. Payne was beat the other's prices by $1,500 for the same or similar model. From Robbie, the Contract Sales Manager, to Kevin and Mark, the installation team, they were all on time, professional and courteous. They even loaned me 2 window Air Conditioners until they were able to install the new unit. I would highly recommend Robert B. Payne.

Description of Work: Every time we use them they say it needs a part that wi costs thousands. We then get a second opinion and they fix it for a couple of hundred. I know you get what you pay for but the less expensive company fixed it perfectly.
