At the in-home estimate, Sam was very nice and knowledgable. There is a relay line from the HVAC unit to the wall for the thermostat that he posted out would have to be moved and they could do that, no problem. On the day of the install, Andre, who was super nice also, removed the line, installed the unit, and on re-connecting the line admitted he was not so sure he did it right. He didn't The AC ran all night and in the morning the unit heat was running. The pan of the HVAC was full of water. Called HVAC company, they said this was due to improper reconnection of the relay. The blower had to be replaced, was still under warranty, and would be about $400. Called RightNow. Another gentleman came over to assess, was dubious but IN FRONT OF ME, call a friend in HVAC who (i could hear through the phone and he acknowledged) said that, yes, reconnecting the relay incorrectly would cause this issue. He said I would hear back from them soon. It took 3 phone calls and 2 emails, about a month, to get a response. RightNow never called but finally emailed and indicated they had spoken with my HVAC contractor and were told that this was pre-existing and they had not caused it - not true. They refuse to cover the repair and also indicated that I received a $200 discount on the estimate and install, as if that gave them the right to cause the damage and deny covering the repair. Think twice.

Turned out what we thought was a sump pump was a sewage pump, and it needed replacing. Pit was inspected and fine. Pump replacement was quick and professional. As a bonus, the technician was able to identify and explain several things about our plumbing that a technician from a different company missed. This was especially valuable because our basement had recently flooded and we were working with bad information. Highly recommended, we will be calling RightNOW Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Friendly, fast and efficient! After requesting a quote, Dan quickly called me back with a fair price (comparable or less than other contractors). It wasn’t an emergency situation, but he committed to get the job done that day! In a few hours, the tech was dispatched and effectively replaced the sump pump. Dan then called back to ensure that I was happy and that I had received the receipt by email. Awesome friendly service. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

RightNow did an excellent job throughout the process, from explaining the special features of my system (which is hydronic, and there was only one unit on the market that could meet my needs) to the details of which model unit was appropriate for my home and the installation process, which were all flawless. I couldn't find a fault with anything they did if I tried to do so. I had been interviewing plumbers before my water heater exploded and RightNow impressed me from the start as the most ethical, competent and professional among those I had interviewed. I would highly recommend them and intend to call upon them in the future.

Prompt service. This was the first company to respond to my estimate request in Angie's List. Jacob came and diagnosed that the Honeywell Gas Control Valve on my 2012 AO Smith Hot water heater was bad, causing the pilot light not to stay lit. He diagnosed this in less than 10 minutes and determined that this part was covered under warranty. This was on a Friday afternoon. He worked with the manufacturer to get a new Gas Control Valve part shipped via express UPS next day air. As soon as the part came in, I called and they came out within 30 minutes to install the part. He drained the tank out, installed the part and the hot water works again! It was fantastic. He was very professional, cleaned up the area well. No complaints. Jacob was fantastic.

Quality of work exceeded my expectations. Used good materials, very professional, friendly, responsive, respectable. They took the time to explain the steps and did a thorough job to cleanup the yard after the job was finished. I am very impressed.

They're a disaster. Was scheduled for plumber to arrive between 1200-2pm, i called at 1230 to notify parking had been reserved in front of our townhouse, they realized they had listed us from 2am-4am, not PM. so nobody was scheduled to come. He asked if between 4-6 would still work, i said it would as i had taken vacation hours to be home. In discussion i said "i will be marking less of a smiley face on my Angie List review" - in a half joking but expressing displeasure at my time being wasted and unlikely to fix the issue at that hour of the day. They said they would not be threatened by a customer, and said he would just cancel the appointment. So after taking vacation hours from work to be home to meet RightNow Plumbing, they canceled because i stated that their review would reflect. Now i'm trying to find another plumber to come and fix the leak. No recourse. Just canceled the scheduled appointment. Completely unreliable. The terrible part, our hot water heater warranty is through these people and the idea of having to depend on them for anything after paying for that service is disheartening and best and frightening at worst.

Outstanding, nice to find honest and competent folks. Customer service oriented, recognized that without hot water, its more than just inconvenient. There was a mixup between my old warranty that had nothing to do with RightNow, I made a comment that we were "happy", but not "ecstatic" due to circumstances, and RightNow asked me, "what can we do to get you to ecstatic, because we want our customers ecstatic?" Who still asks that kind of question today - RightNow Plumbing does... They are now in my phone contacts simply listed as Plumber, because they will be our plumbers for years to come. I also shopped around for pricing on the internet, and RightNow was more than competitive on both the initial repair, and the replacement option my wife and I made with their recommendation. We know we made the right long-term decision, and we got a price that was fair - a fair price is all we expected... and RightNow Plumbing was honest and fair with us.

I was hoping a cheap replacement part or adjustment was needed, but my old tankless needed an expensive overhaul to fix it and then it would still be old. The technician clearly explained options for replacing it with a more up to date model. So I went with that and got a nicer heater. Since I already had the pipes and gas line, it cost quite a bit less and went in vety quickly. I'm very pleased witb the professionalism and courteous service. Would definitely use them again.

Dan from RightNow plumbing was very efficient at draining, removing the old water heater and installing a new one. So far we have had no issues and the new water heater is working fine.
