The service tech showed up on time, he was polite, courteous and the old water heater was a bear to drain and remove, but he worked through it and installed the new water heater. Cleaned up his mess and hauled the old one away. This company texted me and when I talked with the owner on the phone he was just as nice and gave me a good price for install. I would recommend this plumbing company very highly.

Right now plumbing came out on a Sunday to fix a leak in my upstairs bathroom. They stopped the leak temporarily until I can come up with funds to complete the repairs. They did not charge me for the initial service and I intend to get back to them to complete the job when funds are available.

Had a weekend emergency, and they were incredibly responsive. James, the Technician, took the time to explain what needed to be done and what additional steps we could take to prevent future issues. He was efficient, thorough and extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend, and will certainly use again for future plumbing needs.
