They came in the next day after contacting us on replacing a hot water heater. John came in and did the job by himself in a quick and efficient manner, knowledgeably answering all my questions along the way. And the price was significantly better than other estimates.

Called them to install a new water heater that we had already purchased and they were able to give me a fantastic price compared to others that were very pricy for a 2.5 hr. job. They arrived on time and went right to work on the new install. John was professional in doing the work. I will definitely use them again when needed.

I had to remove and replace a hot water heater and RightNOW did an absolutely fantastic job from beginning to end. Rachael in the office was courteous and responsive to my calls, Andre was extremely professional and knowledgably during the estimate, and Miquel and Andre did amazing work. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Prompt call back, decent availability and the rep was incredibly smart and fast. He was done with replacing the “mixing valve” in abt 20min and problem solved! I will definitely call them again in the future.

Andy is a pro. Completely replaced two poorly/non working sump pumps and battery back-ups in a day. Left areas in which he was working neater than he found them. Now have him doing additional plumbing work for us.

Right Now Plumbing was able to install a tankless water heater the same day I called to set up an appointment. I found that amazing. Their installer was exceptional in skill and customer service. I felt comfortable and confident with him immediately. Our existing electric water heater completely shut down and my spouse had been without hot water for several days (I was away from home), so I jumped at the chance to get a tankless (propane) water heater installed. We have a large propane tank (Generac whole house generator, gas kitchen stove and gas fireplace. When I had the gas stove installed, i had propane guys put in a fitting for both a future gas water heater and gas dryer, so this made installation by Right Now very easy. My only challenge was the $5,000.00 invoice. Ouch! However, we are fortunate to be able to afford it and look forward to many years of continuous hot water with low maintenance.
