Antwan James worked long and he worked long. The work he did was likely the same or superior to that of another company whose quote was $1000 higher. He also took care of servicing our HVAC System, which was an unexpected benefit, and he did so at an economical price; despite the fact that he had to search and search to find the proper cleaning materials in order to complete this job. Based upon his work yesterday, which was the first time, we have used RightNow plumbing, we are switching from the company that we have used for over 2-years (and whose estimate was $1000 higher) to his company, Right Now plumbing. not just for its plumbing expertise, but also for the timely work and advice that Antwan gave us regarding the continuing care of our air conditioning system, which appears, based upon our rising electricity costs, to be laboring more of late. Notwithstanding that, he gave us a reassuring prognosis for this aging system, which he estimated would last for another few years, i.e. it was in comparatively good condition for its age of 7-years. We will continue to have him come to service our HVAC system, and when it comes time to replace it, we will count on him and RightNow Plumbing to do the job with expertise and at an economical price. All in all we could not have been more satisfied!

I would have given them 4.5 stars, but, when they arrived I offered them something to drink from my cooler, knowing water would be off for hours. The helper immediately went to cooler got a drink, then asked for a cigarette. Andy was great, helpful, and gave me the best price. I had had 4 bids for work and he was lowest by near $600. Also, he was the man doing the work. Crawled under house with me to show me where I could put the unit. No other bidders even offered to look under house. I do recommend this business, helper just pissed me off. Work first, break later!

I would highly recommend RightNOW Plumbing. I had two issues that needed resolving. They called right away, made the appointment convenient to me. John and Antuane were extremely professional, explained what needed to be done and didn't try to sell anything I didn't need. They left my bathroom clean. The price I was quoted over the phone is the price I paid and it was very reasonable. They are now my go-to plumbers and have recommended them my friends already

I was a little disappointed at the $200 price for 5 minutes worth of work. The tech was super nice, real professional and knowledgeable. Even though there was another, more expensive solution to my issue, it would have been a better value. I was happy to take the less expensive solution, but didn't see the "value" in it. To his credit, he probably doesn't set the rates, and he did come out on a Sunday. I would think somewhere in the range of $80 to $120 more acceptable. Again - 5 minutes.

This is the company you want to hire for any plumbing needs. I called them for a main sewer line clogging. They send their plumber the same day and resolved the problem. Two weeks later, it was clogged again. I called and they were very responsive and sent me their plumber next day(Saturday) with no additional charge. They also followed up with camera inspection to explore the recurrent problem. They found out there is a bigger problem. They quoted me for the job but I have not decided yet on the price. I think I will go with them once we agree on a fair/affordable price.

The plumbers, Andy and a colleague, were fabulous! They were professional and extremely helpful, explaining various plumbing issues we asked about, with patience and expertise. They arrived on time, did the job (installing a new faucet) and cleaned up beautifully. We could not be happier!!
