Could not have been happier with service reasonable price

Technician was very polite and personable. He was through and meticulous.

Excellent customer service! Tech was prompt, arriving as scheduled.

Although I explained the type of fixture in my request, the technician was not familiar with the fixture and the appointment was a waste of time.

Highly recommended, showed up right on time, was honest with all there work.

I would referance this person(Dan Wolfrey) to do plumbing task.if any of my friends needed one. Dan is a professional person that knows his job.

Dan Wolfrey, the licensed plumber who took care of my primary sump pump was a true professional. He explained to me the problems and the options I have. He had to replace the broken primary sump pump with a Zoeller brand, which was highly rated. Aside from the primary sump pump, Dan also installed a back up system. In the end I followed his recommendation to install a water powered sump pump as a back up to my primary sump pump instead of a battery powered sump pump which I had and which also conked out. I was convinced by Dan whom I found very knowledgeable with sump pumps and plumbing in general to install a Zoeller water powered sump pump as a back up system. During the installation process, he explained to me what he was doing and after he completed the installation, showed me how to check the systems for any malfunction. He was pleasant to talk to and easy to deal with in general. I would recommend him and his company.

There was a mix up in finalizing the appt but was resolved successfully.

Exceptional work ethic. We called this morning about a leaking kitchen faucet.. gave a few descriptors and then given the time the plumber would show. We were later called and advised what potentially might be wrong and that we might invest in a new faucet, which we did. The plumber showed, was pleasant and professional. He had the faucets exchanged in short order, with no surprise, "oh, you need this extra" etc. We will most assuredly use this plumbing service again.

Arrived in the allotedtime frame. Gave me an estimate to fix toilet . I accepted. He went and got the parts. Completed the repairs and I have not had any issues since. Thank you.

Contractor would have gotten a hire rating if he cleaned up the debris from his work.

I have seen from the other reviews Marty is the guy and Marty was my guy (plumber) today. The company contacted me quickly with availability . The plumber seem very knowledgeable wasn't condescending. Very courtesy , showed and explained everything . RightNOW Plumbing will probably be my go to for any plumbing issue. Highly recommended.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet and also needed a new garbage disposal (I thought I had requested a price quote for a new Insinkerator, but that is not what was installed - I didn't notice that until they were gone). I was very pleased with the services provdided and the price was reasonable. It took two visists and there were two different plumbers (Antwan and Dan). They were both friendly, professional and courteous. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It was very unexpected to find out that my main water line would need to be replaced. Two plumbing companies came to give an estimate. One company was local and RightNOW Plumbing came from much farther away. Nelson from RightNOW arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, friendly and caring. He sent an estimate that same evening. (The estimate from the local company came a couple of days later, and it was for a higher amount.) Work started this morning and so far it is going well -- permit posted, Miss Utility came, and Nelson started cutting the sidewalk and digging. All in all, it has been a pleasant experience for a very unpleasant project.

Rightnow says it all. I had a leak then I didn't. Price was way better than I expected, especially based on my emergent need.
