Andy, one of the owners and tech who came to my house, was absolutely delightful, courteous, and full of information. He was kind to my dogs, wore covers for his shoes coming in out of the snow and salt, and was thorough. Today, he cleaned out the sediment in my water heater and found a leak. He is taking care of the warranty with the manufacturer. I am also going to have another project with them by having a filtration system installed. I would recommend Andy from Right Now Plumbing to my friends and anyone who needs a true professional.

Got an emergency call from my tenant at about 1:00 pm that the water heater had blown and flooded the basement. Got to Right Now through home advisor and they responded within 3 hours, removed and demoed the existing unit and installed new one in a very professional manner. all at a reasonable non-crisis price. Great value, incredibly responsive, very friendly and able. would use again in a heartbeat.

Marty was very knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem in the future.

Very fast service; technician arrived about an hour after RightNOW called and completed the work in another hour. (Not an emergency job.) Plumbing seems to be very expensive for the actual labor involved. About $400 for an hour using crimp connectors
