Prompt service. Jacob came and diagnosed that the Honeywell Gas Control Valve on my 2012 AO Smith Hot water heater was bad, causing the pilot light not to stay lit. He diagnosed this in less than 10 minutes and determined that this part was covered under warranty. This was on a Friday afternoon. He worked with the manufacturer to get a new Gas Control Valve part shipped via express UPS next day air. As soon as the part came in, I called and they came out within 30 minutes to install the part. Very professional, cleaned up the area well. No complaints. Jacob was fantastic.

Andy is the nicest guy, very knowledgeable. After a couple office issues we were able to agree on a time that fit into my schedule for the work. They arrived early and finished in a timely manner. They took care in my home and clean up was good inside and out. They offered a ten year warranty on the work and materiel. Hope I don't need them again for such a large and expensive job but would call them first if so.

Not a sump pump repair. My project was not among the website's options. I had a pre-presurrized tank replaced. Jim Bo (and Josh) answered every question I could think of about the tank and my well system. While working in a tight space, not minding my ignorance. I just moved into the neighborhood and these are my guys now. Once upon a time I was a plumber's apprentice. Their work is good.

The only reason I didn't give these guys a full 5 stars overall is because the sales person provided a quote for a thankless water heater over the phone, when the installation guy arrived and saw how my floor joists ran in my townhouse he determined that they couldn't install a thankless. They still installed a new tank heater that day and it did end up saving me money even though I wanted the tank-less. If your thinking about going tank-less and the sales person tries to quote you over the phone just ask to have someone come out for the quote to confirm they can do the tank-less

All they wanted was to sell a new system and not repair the one we had

I would prefer to rate them 0 on customer service, but the app does not support that option. The crew that came to my home to inspect and replace a water heater caused some wiring damage to my AC. When I called them to inform them of the problem they denied it could have been them. When I asked them to come look at it, they informed me it would be another $75 service call fee to come out. This was after I paid $2050 for the new water heater and its installation. To charge a person the service call fee without a purchase is understandable, but for checking if they had caused the damage? Unacceptable! The AC was working fine before they came and I noticed it had stopped after they left! It is hard for me to imagine that was a coincidence. The least they could have done was comp the service call to identify the problem. I had to be without AC for five days until I could arrange for an AC service call. The AC tech informed me it was due to wires crossing causing an arch and blowing a fuse. He was here maybe 15 minutes to identify the problem and correct it, but it cost me $95. Very quick response to my request for a quote and subsequent replacement of my leaking water heater. My job was a bear, as my 28 yr old water heater wouldn’t drain properly so Jacob worked on it diligently until it would drain to be successfully removed. Happy with new, American-made, Bradford White, water heater. My home was protected during unit replacement in and out and was cleaned up properly at the end and old water heater was taken away. Jacob is a hard-working employee! Thanks!
