The installers of the hot water heater were very professional and explained in straight language what they were going to install. Afterwards the senior worker showed where the main valves were located and their function.

Right Now Plumbing did a wonderful job. They very carefully removed only as much sod as required and dug a large hole set to my foundation. When finished installing and testing the new water pipe, they did an excellent job replacing the sod and backfilling the hole. All around excellent work and workers and definitely a great value!!! Right Now Plumbing was about $800 less than the other two bids. I highly recommend them.

This is an awesome company that works by its name. The plumber was so understanding and respectful. Took the time to explain what he was doing and showing me what need repairs. I couldn’t finish the job but hoping he will be the one to come back to complete all repairs after the inspector agent comes out. My insurance just wanted me to stop water from running out so they can access damage.

If you want a tankless water heater, you can’t go wrong with RightNOW. I did not get multiple estimates, so I can’t say they are the best value. I have changed water heaters myself, but I am glad I hired a professional to install my tankless system, as the work is far more complicated. While the heater is more expensive, the proper installation time and detail are what drive the cost. Dan really knows his stuff and is obsessed with doing an excellent job.
