Brian and Katie were a fantastic team in getting me a quote without paying a service fee by asking a few questions and having me provide several photos by email, explaining options, and getting their guys out to my house to do an install the very next day. Communication was excellent, very good use of technology to arrange for the down payment, outstanding on-site install work, and great cleanup. They arrive on time, finished on time, were very polite, no games with the fees, no up selling, neat and clean. They clearly wanted our business rather than feeling they were entitled to get my business. What else can I say? Dont hesitate to use this company - we could not be happier. Note that we had two other quotes, both from large regionally well known companies - one that is a guy and a son of his whose quote was over 30% more than RIghtNow ($1000 higher for the same job and same hot water heater), and another quote from a company that has a dog for a mascot who charged for a visit to give me a quote but was very professional otherwise but needed about a week before they could replace my leaking heater.

Really know what they are doing. They provided me an extremely good quote over the phone and were very quick to schedule my installation at a time that was convenient to my schedule. The installation was very professional and placement was perfect to maximize the space available.

They were running late that day. Called when they weren't going to make it. I'm happy.

The guys at RightNOW plumbing were fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions and replaced our water heater super fast at a very good price. I highly recommend them and am glad to have them in my network in case we have any other issues in the future.

RightNOW was easy to work with and did the job right the first time. The only issue that came up during the water heater replacement and main shutoff value replacement was that they did have the right size part in the truck and had to run back to a warehouse to get it. But I can’t hold it against them as they didn’t put eyes on the pipes until the day they came to do the work since the initial communications were over the phone. Which is another plus, they were able to give me a quote without having to schedule time for someone to come out and look at the job.

Very responsive to my requirements and treated my home like it was theirs! Highly recommend for water heaters. That’s all they do and are darn good at it!

They installed a new water heater for me. It was just one guy but he knew what he was doing and had it in in less than 2 hours. Got to say this homeadvisors thing works too. Second time using it and they had me connected to this company within a minute of me requesting help. Right Now plumbing also install quality water heaters with good warranties as opposed to the other quotes I got and the price was fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for water heater work.

They were professional from start to finish, replaced water heater that morning they came out, at a much lower cost than other estimates. The installation itself was clean and looks great, cleaning up.some existing piping issues and using an existing drain site. It looks much better than the old installation.

Service Tech was extremely professional and was able to get my new Hot Water Heater installed that day. Very, Very pleased with the overall service and the new heater. Great Job!!

I know less about water heaters than I care to admit. Andy took the time to explain what all of the confusing pipes in the utility closet are for, and that was before he gave me his estimate. Of course, I hired Right Now to install our tankless water heater. Andy and his assistant arrived exactly when scheduled and completed the install (including clean up) with professionalism and courtesy. Then they explained the new setup in the utility closet. It has been a couple of weeks now and we couldn't be happier with all of that hot water! We have recommended to several of our neighbors to have Right Now install tankless systems for themselves.

I had an initial problem with my well. It stopped working. So I decided to get county water. Right Now Plumbing gave me a reasonable quote in a timely manner. They & their associates connected the water as quickly as their schedule would allow. They went above & beyond when some unforeseen problems (not of their doing) arose. The problems were addressed immediately & professionally. I would highly recommend.

Tankless water heaters tend to be a bit pricey, so when Andy with Right Now proposed a Noritz Condensing model with a 25 year warranty at a price about $1000 less than the next estimates I got, I gladly accepted it. The two-man crew showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and then quietly and efficiently went about removing my old tank heater and installing my new one. The job went smoothly and my wife and I are completely satisfied.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of RightNOW Plumbing. They replaced my 15 year old Noritz tank-less water heater with a new one. They were listed on the factory web site as factory authorized. Andy Migliaccio the plumbing manager came to the house and gave me his honest evaluation and then the best options for me to choose from. After my decision he gave me a very fair price and installed it quickly with no problems. He is very honest, responsive and dependable.
