I was in a world of a mess when my condo was flooded from above. It knocked out my newer water heater and had a monumental amount of building damage. RightNOW - was the only person that called immediately after a request for quote and had someone available to install a TANKLESS water heater for less than one with a tank. The installer Andy and Brian were astounding in their professionalism and speed. Nick in the office had all the answers. These guys are a hidden gem in NoVA. Significantly better than the other, larger companies.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly and we woke up with no hot water. We contacted RightNOW plumbing and Johnno was at our house within an hour to diagnose the problem. Johnno provided an expert solution that was very cost effective, given we are planning to sell the house in 12-15 months. The water heater was installed first thing the next morning. Johnno and crew were respectful of our house and left no marks on our walls after carrying the old water heater down three flights of stairs and out of our house. This company fixed my sump pump for no charge after inspecting it. So knowledgeable, and able to get it running in a very short time. A different plumbing service ( that advertises on TV) said it needed replacing for a cost of almost $800. So glad I got a second opinion!

I was in a pinch on a holiday weekend when my hot water tank went out. They were one of the only companies I was able to get in touch with. came out, swapped for tankless (the tanks were hard to find at the time). But sadly, that is when things started going wrong. Turns out the distance from the gas manifold to the intake was too long for the size pipe, so they had to re-pipe the entire distance. This, of course, means not only did costs go up, but my ceiling also had to get cut into. Then, the fitting was not the right size, and I had to go another day without hot water while they sorted that out. Customer support was odd because I kept getting put in touch with different people, and not everyone had context about what had happened so far, so I kept having to re-explain things. I spent a lot of time on the phone. I think there were other issues that I have now forgotten; it has been a year and a half. The person they sent out to do the work was excellent. Most of the problems seemed to be back-office-related. Though we recently had an HVAC maintenance person by for other needs, and he commented at how dirty the workspace was left. I dunno if that was just him throwing shade. Eventually someone took ownership of all these issues, applied a small discount, and agreed to do the first two years of service for free. I asked if I needed to call and request it; they said no, they would remember. I followed up via e-mail to see if there was some note in my file or something that would ensure this happened. There was no response to my email. It has been a year and a half, and I have not heard a peep from this company.

I had Andy came out to service my old tankless water heater and while checking it out It was discovered that the unit was 20 year old so I made a call not to fix it and replace it with new one. So, Andy worked with me and he was very responsive and friendly, explained the whole installation project before and on the day of installation and did a fantastic job. Very clean and neat installation, no trash left behind, cleaned up everything and made sure the project meet my expectations. He was right on scheduled time. Great work Andy.
