I was called to let me know that they were running behind but still arrived in good time. Andre was my service person, he was a pleasure to talk with and explained everything very clearly to me and listened carefully to me explaining what was happening. I was given a great quote.

Quick response and very friendly and accommodating response. Basement flooded RightNow Plumbing set be up with a water damage team first. "DryTech" they were in the house cleaning up and sanitizing within 2 hours of call. Right Now came in after clean-up and ran an investigation for the cause of the flood. This has been provided to Insurance company.

I just had a water heater replaced. I would not use them again for anything. Very unprofessional.

Super quick response. Very friendly service. Not sure if pricing was a bit high... had the floor drain in our basement overflow from the AC unit. They came out and snaked it for a little over $200. They tech said there wasn’t much to snake out and wasn’t sure what caused the water to back up.

On time as promised, very pleasant and professional and I think the price was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again

The price was pretty much market standard, I had hired a guy to do it cheaper and he cancelled at the last minute (you get what you pay for) so I needed someone to come right away before we went on vacation, RightNow was able to get a guy out the next morning! He was great, the cost was a fair deal, though a little more than I wanted to pay (at that point I didn't have time to look for a bargain) and he did excellent work.

The were half hour early and we're very efficient. Brennan was excellent, very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop as the job progressed. Definitely would recommend him and RightNow plumbing again!

These guys were awesome. Best price by far compared to other quotes. Didn’t try to up sell like the other guys. As far as I can tell they sell a better product too. While Andy was here he was honest about other things he saw but again didn’t try to sell me, just pointed things out for the future. The work was done in less than 4 hours. It’s clean and looks great. So far the products works great too! Highly recommend these guys. In fact I have already booked them to come back and do some more work!

I have dealt with numerous repair people over the years (my house is now 39-1/2 years old), and now consider Right Now my "go-to" plumber when needing additional repairs. Their pricing is comparable to other plumbers in the area. Their response time is faster than most other plumbers. Since their repair work is done right the first time, their prices are competitive, and their technicians are very pleasant people to work with, I would highly recommend Right Now Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing repair services in the future. I fully stand behind this review and give Right Now Plumbing an across-the-board "five-star" rating.

I spent a long time trying to find a company that was knowledgeable about replacing my â tankâ with a tankless water heater for both hot water and heating. This company was great. Andy knew the systems so well. The quote was inclusive of all parts of the service so I knew exactly what was happening. They were professional, the new plumbing looks great. I feel environmentally friendly. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They came at the beginning of the COVID outbreak when I was a little concerned about having people in the house. They arrived on time and did what was necessary to clear the kitchen drain. I think it was a bigger job that expected, and perhaps the drain will need a more thorough cleaning when things are better. The service tech was not wearing a mask, so I gave him one of mine. He was very nice about it, and wore it the entire time he was in the house. I appreciate that.
