Was quoted $125 over the phone to have a water sample collected and sent off for testing. Technician collected 2 samples - one directly from inside the well and one from the bathtub faucet. I am not sure there is a protocol in place for collecting samples to limit false positives. (I suggested it be taken from the bathtub faucet instead of the kitchen sink based on my research) The way the well sample was taken is questionable and I do not know which sample was actually sent off to be tested. At any rate, it was a pleasure interacting with the technician. Upon finishing up, he advised that $175 is due. I told him I was pretty sure I was quoted $125 but I would have to check my notes when I got home. We agreed on $150 for the time being. I checked my notes and yes, I was quoted $125. I immediately emailed the company requesting my $25 refund. The gentleman who quoted the $125 called me. He advised that it was his mistake and that he was so sorry but there was nothing he could do. He asked if the $25 would have really made a difference in choosing a company to do the work. I told him, it most certainly could have. I believe the company should have stood by their quote and refunded me the $25. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not seek their services again.

Had two minor issues that needed to be taken care of. Both were fixed within half an hour but the technician took his time to inspect the water heater and alert me to other potential issues that could arise soon due to its age.

Excellent work, quickly scheduled and quickly done. The only complaint I have is the technician was an hour and a half late and I received no call informing me of what was going on.

I was excited to use this company since they were rated almost 5 stars. I had an appointment on 10/9/20 with a service window of 8 a.m.-10 a.m. only to have technician call me at 9:55 a.m. stating that he was approximately 25 minutes ago. Not good, since I clearing stated that I needed the earliest possible morning hours since I have to work. After he (Nick) arrived at 10:25 a.m., and we began to talk only to find out that he was clueless as to what he was supposed to be doing for me. I had obtained a quote from a technician (Andre?) back in July and all information should have been relayed to main office but apparently not. My service was to install new water heater in a closet inside of my house since the current water heater is underneath my house in the crawl space but he was unaware. He asked if I had an electrician to do work but no one ever informed me that an electrician was even needed when the quote was submitted. We went back and forth but bottom line was after waiting and hoping that I would finally have hot water in my house, not so. I spoke to Don and the GM with the company and they were just politically polite. I made a 30% deposit of over $500 and was informed that I would get that back but the lack of communication and unprofessionalism is just unacceptable as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called at 5pm in the afternoon for a leaking water heater. Nick was installing the new water heater at 9:30am the next morning--done by noon. Very nice work and very personable. Outstanding service!

Replaced old 75 gallon water heater with on demand water heater. Pleasure working with Don and Andy. They made the decision making process much easier and were very professional.

I spoke with Don on the phone about my water heater and leaky faucets, he was knowledgeable and honest and provided options. Andy came out on monday and did the estimate for the options Don and I had discussed. I approved the quote the same day. They had to order parts but gave me a time line and by Thursday Andre came out and installed a new water heater, kitchen faucet... he had some issues with the bathtub fixture so he had to return the next day, but he made the bathtub functional so I could still enjoy the hot shower! Everyone at RightNow plumbing was nice and professional including Katie who took my payment by phone. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future because they gave me peace of mind at a fair price! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH!

The person that called me to give me an estimate was very informative and helpful. The price I was quoted was resonable. The installer, TJ, was very professional. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions regarding the installation of my hot water heater. He was on time and did a very thorough job. It was a pleasure to do business with this Company.

Andrea was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the different types of water heaters. He explained in details what I needed and why . Chesterfield County requires a permit to replace gas water heaters. this company did not hesitate to write it on their proposal. The other companies did not want to apply for a permit, therefore, made me wonder why their work should not be inspected.

I used them to remove a tank water heater, install a tankless heater, and perform a few miscellanies repairs around the house. Andy was super knowledgeable and delivered great quality. The estimate trip out was free. For the work, they came in a little higher than some other quotes, but it was worth it to not worry about customer service, quality, or expertise. I definitely recommend them.

Replaced sump pump and added a battery backup pump. TJ was the technician. Very happy with the process from scheduling to work completion. TJ was very personable, professional, thorough. Explained everything, answered all my questions. Cleaned up the work area. Expect my new pump to last for many years.
