Plumber was very nice and knew how to to his job for the most part. I will need to change one thing but it is minor. Main thing is we now have plenty of hot water and they priced it right on the money.

We received a call within hours of my request for service on Home Advisor. The person from RightNow Plumbing arrived on time. The serviceman, Brennen Leslie was professional and explained the options and costs for fixing or replacing the water heater. We decided to replace the water heater, and Brennen returned the same day, and completed the installation. We are very satisfied with the service and timeliness that was provided.

Incredible service and value!! Our hot water heater went out in. Thursday and our Home Warranty Service could not even get me an appointment to assess it until the next Monday. Called RightNow Plumbing at 1115 on Monday and they had a new hot water heater installed by 1515. Very professional job. They were also the cheapest if all the Plumbers I called. One plumber quoted me $4000 for the job; RightNow did it for almost half of that!!

They were professional and arrived on time. Got quickly to work and replaced my three sump pumps just in time for the 4 1/2 inches of rain I got the next week. They sure helped to keep a lot of the water out of my basement.

Charged me 6,300.00 for replacing my main water line when there was nothing wrong with it. The problem was with my water softner and not the main line. Waste of money.

Prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a simple fix, so they gave me the part numbers and I fixed it myself. I will definitely call these guys with any plumbing issues in the future.
