I needed my water heater replaced and upon submitting my HomeAdvisor request, RightNow Plumbing literally called me 2 minutes after submitting my request! Their master plumber came early the next morning and gave me a fair quote. The same day their technician Andre came and replaced the water heater in a little over an hour. Everyone was professional and courteous from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company!

I went with a standard tank water heater. I was given a window of 1:00-3:00 PM and he arrived at 12:50. He reviewed the problem, gave me a quote which I accepted. He began the work immediately. Spotless work. Explained all the steps. My water heater was installed within a couple of hours. It was great, beyond expectations. His name is Andy and I would use them again!

The young man sent to replace my pressure tank was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. In addition, I did not have an emergency but my job was scheduled very shortly after the initial scoping visit and initial outreach from the company. Thank you.

At midnight, I put in a request for a quote to make repairs to our well at our new home (based on our inspection report). By 7:30 a.m., I received a call to set up an appointment to have the well inspected. I set up an appointment for 2:00 p.m. because we have not moved in yet and I'd need time to get over there. However, a tech was in the area and called me at 10:00 a.m. to let me know that he could check the well without me being there. He let me know that the well did not require any repairs. He said they could make updates if we wanted, but it wasn't necessary. I appreciated the honesty. The whole thing was over by 10:30 a.m., and I only had to pay a $75 dispatch charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response, and the quality of service from the front desk and the tech. I would highly recommend this company.
