Ryan Sullivan and his team were amazing. We had them remodel our kitchen 2 years ago. When we needed our master bath remodeled this year we knew we wanted them to do the work for us. We are thrilled with the results on both jobs. Ryan is very knowledgable and was able to give us ideas that improved the plans we already had. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them for future projects.

Complete bathroom remodel. Started job on time. Competitive pricing for scope of work. Demolition of bathroom, removing bathtub, vanity, wall cabinets, lighting, commode, wall and floor tile. Installed new floor and wall tiles, vanity, lighting and mirror, moved plumbing and electrical as needed, installed new plug outlet, installed new light and fan switches, installed new commode, built walk in tiled shower (no tub) with grab bars, relocated and installed new fixtures, painted complete bathroom and door. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Hauled off old debris in a dumpster. Start to finish 2 weeks. Very polite. Very professional. Easy to work with. Will provide many ideas for the job at hand. Super attention to details. Nothing negative at all. My wife loves the bathroom.

I was very impressed with Resurrection Builders. After receiving price quotes from larger contractors, I decided to see if a smaller contractor could handle my job and time restraint ( had to be completed in 2 months). Ryan offered an competitive bid and guaranteed that he could finish the remodel according to my deadline. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work of Ryan's employees. They were punctual and explained in detail each step of the remodel. The finished remodel exceeded my wife's expectation and we have received many compliments on our bathrooms. I would not hesitate to use Resurrection Builders again.

Ryan and his team were a joy to work with. Their professionalism and attention to detail were so impressive that even the plumber and the shower glass contractors commented on them! The tile work is gorgeous and they delivered on every request that we made. They were friendly, prompt, and always came to work when they said they would. These guys were the best contractors I've ever hired. They were prompt, the work was done on schedule and the quality is amazing. Although they weren't the lowest bid we received (they were still very competitive) we went with them because they appeared to be the most honest and straight forward. We were right! It was an great experience and after the work has been completed we don't doubt our decision one bit. Stop looking elsewhere and go with Ryan!

Working with Ryan was terrific. Not only did he give me a quote considerably less than others, I believe he got me into a better product than I was looking at with another contractor. Ryan was completely responsive to our plan and engineered a perfect design. I was completely surprised at how quickly he was able to gain approvals, and get started with the build out. Despite the fact that our aesthetic plan made for a tougher construction project, Ryan’s crew nailed it (no pun intended). He even arranged for an outside electrician to work that necessary part of the job - we didn’t have to do anything other than deal with Ryan personally during all phases of the work. Lastly, not only did the crew clean and have all the debris hauled away, they came back and power washed the new deck and my driveway! We are VERY pleased with the final outcome of the project and I have already recommended him to my neighbors who commented about the amount of work the crew put in. Based on this experience, I would gladly, and highly, recommend Resurrection Builders!

Resurrection Builders did a good job building my deck (12' x 12' composite with cocktail rails, rafter and lattice privacy screen on one side). Ryan worked with the design I had in mind and made it a reality. Turned out better than I'd hoped. He was patient as we sorted out to details of the design. Once my HOA approved the design the build time was fast including time for inspection. I believe it took less than 1 week. Resurrections Builders was also accommodating and changed the design last minute at my request at minimal cost.

Great. Ryan and his team are professionals and take pride in doing it right the first time. They were on time and kept the work area clean. The tile work by (REMMY) is beautiful, wife raves about it. Momma is Happy.

Price was good and the representative Ryan was responsive. Timing was somewhat slow but not a problem as long as the work was good. The problem was the project was not finished as agreed upon. Existing concrete patio needed new footers as well as old footers properly patched. After conferring with Ryan and the lead carpenter I did not have confidence the concrete would be properly repaired so I asked them to just prepare old and new footers to be ready to be poured with concrete and I would pay a contractor to pour and patch. After paying last payment (my fault) the work stopped and the footers were not adequately prepared. So in addition to paying for the concrete patch and pour I have to pay to have the footers properly prepared. We invested a lot into this project and were happy with the progress until the end. Very disappointing to have to spend more for another contractor to properly finish the project.

The job was done very professionally from estimate to completion. Ryan Sullivan worked with us to choose the right ceiling materials and made the effort to acquire the railing materials we had already picked out even though that was not his usual choice. The two man crew showed up on time and cleaned up behind themselves each day. They worked professionally and asked questions when they needed to. The job was priced fairly and completely in a timely manner. Ryan kept us up to date as work progressed which was especially important when a part turned up missing which delayed progress while a replacement was acquired. Ryan was easy to work with and we will consider Resurrection Builders for future projects.

Amazing! This is the second big remodel we've had done in recent years. (Previous remodel was kitchen and bathroom) The difference in experience was night and day. Resurrection Builders was on time with every step of the remodel, even when an unexpected problem arose. They were on time every day, all the workers were pleasant and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. Ryan has an incredible eye for detail, catching things in the final walk-through that I hadn't even seen yet. He did little things to make sure everything looked great, even replacing door stops. After a frustrating experience with our first remodel, we were a little apprehensive going into this one, especially with a specific deadline. (Our daughter's wedding!) Ryan and his entire crew of workers and contractors did an incredible job from start to finish.

It was a very positive experience. They came out and did the estimate very quickly. They provided a full waranty on their work. The crew came out and were very good about cleaning up after themsevles. We were pleased with the work they did. About a week after they did the work, I noticed there was something wrong with the siding where it connects to the deck, so I contacted the builders and they responded very quickly and came out right away to remedy the problem. I was very happy with the follow up afterwards and would recommend them to anybody.

Excellent job on all projects! The Resurrection Builders team was very professional, on-time and worked with us on design changes and additional options. Our project manager Ryan, kept us well informed daily on the progress of the project. He also gave us great updates on what to expect in the next few days. The team left the site very neat at the end of each day, especially considering all of the demo and new electrical/plumbing work that was being done. We will definitely use Resurrection Builders again, and have recommended them to family and friends multiple times. They did an amazing deck project for friends of ours, and have done multiple indoor/outdoor projects for our parents. We are extremely satisfied with the work that they have done, and have also had great reviews from those that we have recommended them to.

From initial estimate to work completion, my experience with Ryan and Resurrection Builders was by far one of the best interactions I've had with a contractor in some time. Ryan and his team replaced the wood rails and posts on my 32'x5.5' front porch with vinyl rails/posts. In addition, they replaced a rotting deck board, all three wooden steps leading to front porch and lined the ceiling with vinyl paneling. Of the numerous estimates I received from local contractors, Ryan was the only contractor to cite coding requirements when recommending the new stair boards. The other contractors suggested replacing the existing stair boards with normal deck boards which would have been out of code. The team was punctual, professional and did outstanding work. I was most impressed with their clean-up of all materials and waste (it's as if they were never there). Though their estimate was slightly higher than the other two estimates I received, I'm glad I went with Resurrection Builders. Their workmanship and attention to detail were well worth it. I will use Resurrection Builders again when the time comes to refurbish my deck in the backyard.

From the estimate to final build it went smoothly. Mr. Sullivan responded quickly to my request for a quote, walked through the entire process with me, and kept me informed at all stages. His on-site associates worked diligently and answered any questions I posed.

Resurrection Builders did an excellent job from start to finish. They were quick to respond to our request for quote and, shortly after, Ryan did an on-site inspection during which he presented various options for the construction materials and pointed out areas of concern and what we could expect. He answered all our questions about build issues we had considered and was helpful by pointing out things we hadn't considered. Soon after the on-site, Ryan provided a detailed quote with the various construction options. The quote was thorough and, while it exceeded what we'd hoped to pay, it was a good and fair price and had reasonable terms for payment. Once construction was started the work was completed quickly. Also, they were very accommodating to requests for minor changes to the original build after the contract was signed and during the build. The quality is top notch and we're very pleased with their work. Lastly, one moment stands out. The roof rough-in was completed on a Friday with the exception that the roof was exposed lumber: the roofing paper and shingles were supposed to be installed on Monday. The weather forecast was calling for rain on Sunday so we were preparing to get a tarp and cover the roof. However, Ryan showed up unexpected Saturday and, by himself, installed the roofing paper to protect the lumber in case it rained. That type of customer focus would ensure me as a repeat customer.

We found Resurrection Builders through an Angie’s list search for local deck contractors. Following my examination of their website and the reviews on Angie’s List, we gave them a call for an estimate. After meeting with Ryan for the estimate, it was clear that he was going to provide us with top-notch service. Like I do for any large projects, I solicited bids from other vendors as well. Ryan’s recommendations, suggestions and personal touch are what made us select his company for this work. From day one, he made himself available to answer any questions, provided frequent updates, and kept to his schedule. We needed a complete tear down of our large “L” shaped deck. We could not be more pleased with the thoroughness and expert craftsmanship provided by Ryan and his subcontractors who built our deck. The deck crew was polite, cleaned up every day and sought my approval for specific details I hadn’t thought about to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. The boards and footers were cut with precision and the railings are meticulously put together and sturdy. I feel better knowing our deck is now “up to code” and solid for our family to use and enjoy for years to come. Overall, I was astonished by how quickly the new deck went up and how pleased I am with the final result. I am comfortable saying that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any remodeling project. They will be on my short list for any future work at my home.
