"How'd it go?? From initial contact to completion of the projects EXCELLENT. Ryan Sullivan and his people at Resurrection Builders are professional personable individuals who do quality work and take pride in the work they do. Absolutely No hesitation in recommending Resurrection Builders for any project you may want to have done. If Ryan does not believe he or his people have the expertise to do the project you desire, he will tell you. He is candid, ethical, communicates well and meets commitments. Throughout the four day project, Ryan set our expectations on when he and/or his people would begin and that is exactly when they began each day. Replacing the front door was the major project and Ryan communicated with us on the expected delivery of the door. Some of the door components were not delivered as Ryan was led to believe and he made certain to update us on the status. Throughout the door replacement process Ryan communicated on exactly what he was doing and why to prevent the issue from recurring. His detailed explanations along with his workmanship convey a trust and confidence in the work he and his people do. Dmitri does work for Resurrection Builders and he is an excellent craftsman. The majority of his time during the four days was on the interior renovations. The best compliment I can give him is the work he completed blends perfectly with the finish of our home. The knee wall in the powder room and the garage along with the jam extension in the family room appear as if they were built at the same time as the remainder of the home. My wife was particularly impressed with Dmitri when he wrapped himself and the jamb extension area with a drop cloth taped to the ceiling while he was sanding the drywall to minimize getting any dust in the family room. She is also impressed with and excited about the renovations he did in both of our closets. Ryan told me Marcel was meticulous and he was correct. After the door was installed, Marcel had the task of painting the appropriate areas of the door assembly. Once the major areas of the door assembly were painted, Marcel then began the touch up with small artist?s brushes. I don't think I have ever had someone take this much pride in painting a door and the trim areas. From a cost/hour labor perspective, the productivity is low but the Customer Satisfaction level is "off the charts." Yes, it's just a door but, I appreciate the quality and pride people put into their work. Ryan Sullivan and Resurrection Builders do QUALITY work, they exceeded our expectations and their work is well worth the price.

The work went very smoothly, no delays. Phone calls were answered on a timely manner and all question were answered. Many details were involved in this project, and were worked out to my satisfaction. Work was inspected by the county before and after. I would highly recommend this company. The beautiful tile work was done by Jason, from Ceramic And Stone Solutions.

Loved working with these guys! Ryan was wonderful to deal with. He came out, looked at what we needed and what we might want. Gave us a couple of different estimates and ordered everything as soon as we made our final decisions. Crew that came out to do the work was wonderful. Couldn't ask for better! Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

This builder was recommended by a friend who was pleased with a deck they had built by this builder. After meeting with him and another builder, I decided on Resurrection Builders because they were a smaller company and the owner of the company oversaw the building personally. The work was done promptly and on time, delayed only by inclement weather. The builder also added landscape tarp under the deck upon my request even though it was not part of the original plan This deck is close to the ground and I wanted to prevent weeds from growing under it. Neighbors and friends have given me many compliments about the deck now that it is done. I am very pleased with the finished product and am now considering having some interior remodeling done by this company.

Resurrection Builders was recommended to me by my sister and brother-in-law who were very satisfied with the replacement windows that Ryan Sullivan installed in their home a few years ealier. Ryan came out and measured my existing windows, answered all my questions, and provided a quote a few days later. It took two days to install all the windows. Ryan and his helper were very professional. They were focused on the task at hand and were respectful of my home. They arrived on time, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. One new window had a factory defect. Another window had some rough edges. Ryan ordered replacements and came out again to install them. Overall I am very pleased with the new windows and the service I received from Resurrection Builders. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. If I need any other work done for my home in the future I will contact them. Give them a call, you will be glad you did.

I would definitely hire Resurrection Builders in the future if needed. I know this family personally and they are good people. Very fair, honest, Christian people. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent and thorough. Price could not be beat. Came out Friday for estimate and started work the following Tuesday. Completed work ahead of schedule and left property cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't be happier.

Contractor demonstrated professionalism throughout. From the estimated appointment, to presentation appointment continuing to job completion, contractor was timely, worked diligently and courteously keeping in constant communication. Permits were obtained and inspectors were met. No deficiencies were noted and work continued on schedule. The construction site was maintained in clean condition each evening. Quality of work has drawn positive comments from neighbors and family members. The price was reasonable. Performance was so satisfactory that contractor was requested to fix deficiencies left by a prior contractor.

This company did an excellent job in spite of all the bad weather they had to put up with while they were building my deck! Mr. Sullivan is very polite and professional, kept me informed as to progress on the deck, and answered all of my questions. He also helped me by getting the proper permits and helping me submit the building request to my HOA. I am more than satisfied with the results of their hard work and love my new deck and awning. I would highly recommend this company.

From the beginning our meetings with Ryan were easy and to the point. Ryan handled all the paperwork (contract and county permits). Ryan and crew began the work and completed the work on time. They were the nicest group of workers showing up promptly each morning and cleaning up behind themselves each day before they left. They kept us informed throughout the tear down and building process. The material used is high quality and the workmanship is excellent. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome, the deck turned out beautiful and we love it. We will use them again. Resurrection Builders are highly recommended.

Ryan and his crew were extremely professional from our first meeting with him and throughout the process. It was evident that care was taken in choosing his crew because they also treated us with respect when we would go outside and question various aspects of the construction. When we met with Ryan the first time to discuss the construction, he was prompt, pleasant, and respectful of me and my wife. He explained the entire process in detail and made us feel very confident that he was capable of building a deck that we would be proud to have on our house! When the crew finished their work each day, everything was cleaned up and our yard was left orderly and ready for them to return the next day. After the installation of the awning and the entire job was complete, I asked him to return to adjust the pitch of the awning and he came cheerfully to do the task. We certainly would not hesitate to hire his company for any future projects.

Ryan gave me a quote and honored it months later. He was professional in his quote and did not insist that I use him, but did take the time to explain the entire process and why he was using the materials he was using. He asked for 1/2 down and 1/2 when the work was done (this is usual in the building process) - he was flexible about cashing my check until I was paid a week later. He oversaw all the work - visiting the site daily. My thirty year old deck had rotted and needed to be replaced. I wanted to replace it with a composite deck but I was concerned with the heat factor. Ryan gave me samples of two types of decking ? one was all vinyl. (This is the one I choose and I love my new deck!) Knowing that I would look up the information on the internet, Ryan printed some information on each type of decking and allowed me time to contemplate what I wanted to do. He was helpful in explaining what material he used and why ? but he understood if I wanted different material or could not afford the job and there was no pressure to select one material over the other. Ryan also explained that I could enlarge the back deck and it would not cost much more. I am really happy that I listened to Ryan?s recommendation! My old wooden deck was 10 by 10 and held a grill, but not much more. Now I have a 14 by 16 deck that not only looks good; it is an extension of my home that I actually use! Knowing that I was concerned about heat on the deck, Ryan suggested an awning. He uses SunSetter awnings. His price for the awning was slightly less than I could get it with a coupon from the company and the installation was included in his price so it was a no brainer to go with Ryan for the awing. I love the awning! It not only provides shade; it looks great! I am delighted that I splurged and added the awning to my deck. The job was completed in a very timely manner. In fact it was completed before the estimate that Ryan quoted. I saw a total of three workers other than Ryan. Each was courteous and knowledgeable about the materials that they were installing as well as the county code. I was impressed with the helpers Ryan had working for him. I would definitely use this company again for major or minor home repairs!

Ryan was friendly and professional during the entire process. There was no "high pressure" during the initial sales meeting and he was very knowledgeable about the products and the constrictions of my HOA. Due to a conflict in timing with the building of my deck, I had to reschedule the installation of the awning. Ryan was more than willing to work around this problem. The work was completed in one day and the results are beautiful! As a new transfer resident from the North, I am very impressed with this "Southern gentleman" and his company.
