Excellent, We were very happy with the price they went over and above and did the little things that needed to be done.

These are by far the best people I have ever hired. They are dependable and their work is the best. They have done many jobs for me and I have been completely satisfied with everything they have ever done.

Remodeling with J&Y has completed multiple whole house remodels for me over the years. I am also a local Realtor and they are always my go to referal for all of my clients to prepare their home for market. They do wonderful work and are very reasonably priced.

Fired the contractor before they showed up. Got quote for the work to include removing current textured ceiling and replacing it. Then got message that we need to to remove the textured ceiling. (So we did.) Then another message stating that all the drywall need to be complete before they were going to show up the next day. Well if the drywall need to be up why were we hiring them! The cost never changed as they changed (reduced) the scope of work.... Fired them! My wife and I were MAD about asking us to tare down the ceiling and to put it back up that clearly was outlined in the scope of work and priced in the quote.

We have used Joshua and Yesenia for multiple projects for a reason. They are absolutely fantastic to work with, and you get excellent quality for a VERY competitive price. They do the work right the first time. We used their services most recently to help us rehab a rental unit. They were able to get in almost immediately and provide an estimate. Once we approved the estimate, they were also able to start work straight away. Project was completed quickly and professionally. We really value finding a contractor who has such a breadth of skills, does quality work, and does so at such value. We can recommend J&Y for your projects without reservation!

Joshua has painted the outside of our house 4 years ago. Paint lasted that long which tells you he used quality exterior paint, several coats and cleans/power washes the exterior before he begins. His crew are amazing. Very detailed and the paint job isn’t messy. All with very clean lines. We recently hired him again to re-paint the outside and repair some wood rot. His craft and skill has perfected over time and lot of our neighbors has hired him for exterior paint jobs. He’s a busy guy but will do an excellent job!

Went great! I own a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo (~1200 sq ft) that hadn't been painted or touched up professionally in years. My place is now sparkling and every wall, door, closet, and trimgleams and shows a high quality of work. They were committed to getting the job finished within the stated timeline, and it showed with how many people they brought. They came in and swept through the house and left no spot untouched, and then cleaned up after themselves. The wall repairs that they did were really well done. I had some areas of drywall that were missing and they patched those, and they cleaned up the area around the ceiling that didn't match the rest of the ceiling so you can't even tell the difference. The powerwashing also went great, it looks like it was just installed! Really happy with the final results and would 100% hire them again Only thing I didn't give them an A on is punctuality. They arrived 45-60 minutes late of the start time each day, but once they got there it was no kidding around and they just got to work. As someone who was stressed and on a tight timeline, that earned my immediate forgiveness!

Very good; though they painted one wall with color mismatched; rather than finishing the wall with the new color - they just left it as is.

J&Y Painting were prompt, professional, neat and courteous. They completed the work in a timely fashion within a short deadline. When it was determined I needed to replace the carpeting, they made it quick and simple by offering that service also.

Minus some little hiccups the owner and his wife were very dedicated to their business and make it work. Whenever an issue arose they were willing to work it out or corrected the issue. I would use them again, and the work was done at a very reasonable price.

The owner and the team were extremely professional. All repairs were made to the walls before painting. The finished product is fantastic! Walls are bright and vibrant. The ceramic tile floor turned out better than we could have expected. Thank you so much Joshua, Yesenia and crew!

I scheduled an estimate and no one showed up at the appointed time. After waiting 30 minutes, I twice texted and called to confirm the time, leaving messages after no one answered the phone. Received no response from either. The following workday, I called the number and was told "he forgot" about the appointment. He might do good work, but sure leaves a bad impression to potential customers when he doesn't show up at the agreed upon time, or worse yet, doesn't show up at all.

The team was fantastic. They worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job. They did a lot of wall repair and had to prime a couple of the rooms. The walls all look amazing. The trim is extremely bright and the doors and window sills all look like new. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and we will definitely use J&Y in the future.

We got several quotes and went with J & Y. They were not the lowest price but we felt they were honest, reasonable, and very conscientious. It was 5 full days of work. No messes, no mistakes, arrived and departed timely. Amazed at how smooth this job went. Touched up without asking, put everything back in its place, hung curtains, they were wonderful and I give them my utmost recommendation.... You won't regret J & Y and we will regret not being able to hire them when we are living somewhere else. Thank you J & Y!

I initially hired J&Y Painting for interior painting and drywall repair after we purchased a home, based on a recommendation. Their work was of exceptionally high quality, and their prices were very reasonable (especially considering the quality). We have continued to hire J&Y for multiple additional projects, and the performance has always been exemplary. We keep going back for three reasons: great quality, reasonable prices, and their integrity. As a family-run business, they are always honest brokers. They have told us when we requested repairs that didn't need to be done, or done at the scale we'd requested. When they consult on a project we've budged, they've worked with us to ensure the money we do spend is for work we actually need, and found smart ways to make our funds go further. As you would expect, with this combination of quality and price, they stay busy. Sometimes they've asked to reschedule a consultation/estimate, because another job is running long - but we know they're getting it right for their other customer so we're flexible too. They do great work consistently, expeditiously, and for a fair price. We appreciate their honesty, so we'll keep looking to J&Y for future projects.

The work was phenomenal. Joshua and his crew caulked, painted the trim work and the walls flawlessly and in a timely manner. Their initial estimates run a bit high, but their work is exceptional and I would definitely recommend them!

They did a wonderful job. I was somewhat concerned about my hardwood floors but they protected them throughout the job. The attention to detail was great and I absolutely love the paint job. The mantle was not easy to remove but Joshua did a beautiful job and it looks like new! I will definitely use them again and I already have them working an estimate to finish part of my basement.
