+ -1 moreShe will not respond as to when the classes will be. Is very rude and when I call. She now refuses to speak with me. I now a $485.00 piece of equipment which I cannot use and I cannot get the instructions on how to use it because the dealer refuses to give me the instructions for it.
Description of Work: Charged me for the purchase of a cutwork by Bernina with the promise to give all classes which went with the product for free. She now refuses to give me the services.
